What? You've asked two different questions. Lifestyle does not equal socioeconomic status.
I suppose with our income, we could support a few. But, our lifestyle has no room for them. We don't want kids until things clear up politically and we're bored with our marriage. Not a day sooner, even if that means never.

I'm 21 yrs old this year and marrige seems still 5 year away.
Well i always think about it though and how many children is best. In my opinion, 2-3 kids is perfect. 3 is alreayd quite difficult to cope with already.. Better to have a twins or 1 girl and 1 boy. But definately not a single child, as i am and i know how lonely a single child can be.

I think it all depends on what kind of lifestyle you have. Some people choose to put careers first while others put career on hold. Personally, I think I'd plan around having kids and take on a career that allows me to take care of my children and still be able to support them even without my husband's income. Ideally, I think atleast 2 but max is 4. Anymore than 4 is just too many and you can't handle it.

well for me, i would like 2 boys and one girl. i would like the 1st child to be a boy, and he would be about 3 years old until i had the next child, which would also boy. then the next child i would like to be a girl, and the boys being hmmm... maybe 7 or 8 before i had the girl.

for us it would be 3. We have a son now, one on the way and would like to have another one a little while down the track....
why are these people saying they would like one boy, one girl, etc?? You can't predict what you're going to have unless you're going to interfere with mother nature...don't be stupid, you's will only let yourselves down if you expect to have one sex, and get another...
