For your own piece of mind, take a home pregnancy test. Breakthrough bleeding can occur at anytime as your body gets used to the pills for the first few months. They recommend that you use additional b/c methods to be safe for the first few months until the pill is thoroughly in your system.
Give your self some piece of mind before you make youself sick with worry, then go from there.

granted that some people do get pregnant while on the pill....more commonly you have to wait like a month (a month of not taking the pill) before it is out of your system and your body is ready to become pregnant......so with only missing one pill one day and then taking two the next day, you should be fine. But if you are really concerned the only way to get a true answer is to go buy a pregnancy test.

you are fine. I sometimes forget my pill, and take it the next day and have never gotten pregnant. Just keep some condoms handy to use on those days you slip up (and for the rest of that month to be sure)
You are supposed to have your period between packs, so the bleeding is normal...

Most forms of b/c pills do not decrease in effectivness when you miss only one pill. So long as you took the pill you missed before, or at the same time as the next pill, your b/c should have been working at its normal level of effectivness.

If you only were active yesterday, it's highly doubtful you could already be showing symptoms. Take a pregnancy test and get to a doctor about the bleeding.

This isn't rocket science. If you think you might be pregnant....go take a test. If it is positive, get prenatal care.
