Two boys 3 yrs apart constantly fighting and hitting each other. What to do? Stop them or let them work it out themselves.

I have a two year old daughter, and now I know why they call it the terrible twos. She always tries to hit the baby, (4months old) and will scream and throw things and everything is NO screaming! I spend time with her separately from my baby so I'm trying to work on the jealousy thing. Time outs don't seem to work and I hate to resort to spanking, but I"ve heard that doesn't help. I can't seem to get her distracted and she is starting to hit me and daddy and the baby. I"ve heard ignoring is good, but I can't tolerate the hitting especially when she hits the 4 month old who can't fight back. Please help, I'm going crazy, this is my first kid by the way. Any suggestions for keeping your patience would help too.

My sister is 4 weeks pregnant, and only 18. She does not want to tell my parents , and is adament that she does not want the GP to know. She has absolutely agonised over this, but has finally decided to have a termination, as she is not in a financial or emotional posistion to raise a baby. She is off to uni in october, has no money, (parents are strict catholics, and therefore she would be condemmed and kicked out of the family home), the boyfriend has done a runner and she is not emotionally mature enough to raise a baby. She has her whole life in front of her and will have plenty of times for babies later on. I wondered if anybody out that had gone through a similar thing or is about to go through it. We have decided to get her a private hospital as for some reason she is adament that her GP must not know. Does anybody know anything about this. PS No answers from pro life. She is just a baby and has gone through an agonising trauma to come to the decision that she has

My son is about to turn 11. Over the past few months he has begun acting out towards his brothers and others. He hits more, spits at them, he reminds me of a toddler. (and he didn't go through the terrible two's, he's always been a kind average kid) When playing a game with his brothers or other kids, he wants to take things when it isn't his turn, he is pushy...I know puburty is knocking at his door, but spitting? He really does remind me more of a younger kid. I am worried about him. Any ideas moms and dads?

I am 6 months pregnant 15, my boyfriend 16 which is my baby father is a dopehead and this other boy 16 too want me and want to take me in as my future daughter father cuz i explain to my boyfriend that i don want to raise my child off dope money and the other boy and my boyfriend don like each other so i don want to leave my boyfriend cuz i live with him and he support me with what i need and i know he can support our child but i don want that kind of money . I want whats best i think me dealing with my boyfriend for 2 years and i cant take this dope no more but i really like this other boy but he don care about my boyfriend. I think that he can be a better father than my boyfriend but another problem is how can i trust him for his word tho we have been talkin before i got pregnant and we been good friends for years and we dated and he been there to take me to the doctor when my boyfriend is caught up on that stuff... he have a job too but i know we too young but i need some help!!!

Ok, my friend was using my ID the other night and she must have asked some questions. I therefore don't understand why people have to go and call me "the shepard who cried wolf." Thats not very fair. I share this one with my friend, so don't go around calling people names without knowing the facts. Who else gets this on here? people calling you names that is. or answering unfairly. ok i once went to juvi for about a week and one night i was sleeping and some slow wit comes to my bed. The slow wit a tooth brush with a blade at the end. Then he got to my bed and grabbed me and put it to my throat and said "dont say s*** or ill slice your ***". So when he started to pulll my draws off i said "o hell no" so i punched him. we started fighting and all. I upper cutted him and he dropped the tooth brush. I got on top of him and started punching his face and he started smiling like he enjoyed it and i got off of him. All the other boys that were there were just in bed pretending to sleep becuz they were afraid of him cuz he had raped them. So the officers came and put me on handcuffs and the slow guy took the toothbrush and put it in his underwear. So i told the officers to search the boy and they did and found nothing so i told them to do a cavity search and they spread his butt cheeks open and all these blades fell out funny huh? lol. the next day my mom came to get me.

Hey guys,
My sister is 8 months pregnant and when she did her ultrasound this month it was found that the baby weighs 4 lbs...the growth is proper...but the doctors say that its a small baby....she is all worried and tensed....is it a matter of concern the whole issue? People of Asian descent please answer!: How is it that most Asian children are extrememly well behaved?
