Im having a C-section on the 12th of July and this is my 2nd one. My first was an emergency C-section and this one is planned. Im having a Spinal done and Im terrified of needles. I had some novacaine cream shipped in. 1st they apply that, then in 20 minutes they give me a shot of Lidocaine..then the Spinal. How much of the Spinal am I going to feel..if at all. Nurses? Professionals? Someone with experience in this area?

this is my first baby. the contractions range from every 6 min and then can wait to 20 min and then get closer. they have not been a consistante amt of time for an hour yet. they are painful, and my ob/gyn confirmed that they are real labor pain but they are considered early labor pains. also yesturday 6/2/06 at 5:30 pm i was less than a centermeter dialated.

I'm not sure that being a parent is really the best thing for myself or my wife at this time, it's difficult for a number of reasons, financial and so on.

The pregancy has reached the 60th trimester, is this too late for an abortion? I want to put an end to it before it goes too far. High school is coming up and I think once it gets that far there's probably no going back.

My six week old has had really bad diarrhea since yesterday afternoon. What could be causing this (she is breastfed)? I called my doctor and they deferr calls between 12-2 (and it's 1), so I won't hear back from them for a couple of hours; I was just trying to figure out some possibilities in the mean time.

I believe I may have concieved June 25-26, and yesterday July 2, I had light bleeding, (not even enough to show on a pad) it was first bright red then it was sort of brownish and dull. That is about 7-8 days after conception. Could that be Implanation bleeding? My hubb and I have been trying for 2 months. My stomache has been cramping, I've been tired, and little back pains. Do you think I'm pregnant. Is all of this normal. My main question is when is a good time for me to take a preg test, because I took one this morning and it came up negative. I love waking up every morning knowing that I am needed. I love the way I feel when we are doing activities together, like feeding the geese, or playing at the park. I love knowing that it's up to me to keep them safe and secure. I wouldn't trade in being a parent for anything!

Ok I've been going out with my boyfriend for 5 months now. Well when we first started dating my parents seemed like they were ok with it. Not exactly happy but ok with it. You see my boyfriend is 22 and I'm 17. (Please don't ridicule us, we don't need it.) Well now days my mom is making up excuses of why I can't go and spend time with him. And they're stupid excuses. You see I only get to see my boyfriend two days a week because of our schedules. How can I explain to my mom that I really just want to be with him? She has no real reason to keep me away. I'm a good kid, I've NEVER been in trouble at home or otherwise. I'm not having sex, which she knows. I don't drink or do drugs. Why won't she let me spend time with him, when she knows I'm much happier since we started going out? I tried talking with her but it only makes her angry and she says mean things to me. My boyfriend has told her how much I mean to him and how it's ok to have family time.

Guys and girl have sex. Girl tells guy that she was told by a doctor that she can't get pregnant. She gets pregnant anyway. Guy doesnt want baby, girl does and keeps baby and files CS. Guy is taking her to court to fight because he does not want baby and feels that he shouldn't have to pay. He says that if he did want the baby and the mother didnt' and she wanted to abort it, he wouldn't have a choice in that either. He feels that it's not fair that the man has no choice just because the woman is the one who carries and it's her body.
