Whatever you can keep down! And the more variety the better. Keep it healthy, avoid grease and try to enjoy your food.
I found that the crackers and bread thing didn't control my nausea. What worked was making sure that I never got hungry (lots of snacks rather than meals) and staedy protein, mostly in the form of yogurt. In fact, I had a cup of yogurt three times a day during my first pregnancy and, while I gained about 30 lbs, it was all off by the time my son was 3 weeks old.
I wish I could say the same for the baby weight I gained with my second...
Congratulations. Have a healthy and happy 9 months.

Remember that you are not eating for two. HUGE misconception that you need to eat twice as much. Take pre-natal vitamins, drink a lot of water, eat well...stay away from fast food if you can. Balance your diet. You only need 300 extra calories. Always eat breakfast. Especially cereal. Its high in Folate/Folic Acid...getting that prevents Spinal Bifidah. Drink juices-100% only-try Juicy Juice..eat lots of fruits and veggies-stay away from fish for it has mercury-causes birth defects-eat lots of protein like eggs and chicken. Just eat well. Follow your doctors guide to eating right. And most of all, go get a copy of "What to Expect When Your Expecting"...you will never need another book on pregnancy. This will carry you from now til the birth and after. TRUST ME!! Go get it, you will not regret it.

Try to stay away from spicy foods could give you heartburn. One falsehood about eating when your pregnant you are not eating for two! If your concerned about your weight eat what you would if you weren't pregnant. Eat healthy like fruits, veggies. Other non-food advice read out loud to your baby, play music, talk to your baby; believe it or not but your baby can hear you through the womb. Asian mothers believe doing this helps make the child once they are born to want to learn. Just eat normal, you'll be fine.
