Try baby wipes first. If that doesn't work, get some "pet stain" removal spray from the store, the kind that dissolves "organic enzymes", and rub it into the poo with a clean washcloth, wait 15 minutes and "rinse" by rubbing with another clean washcloth.

The same thing has happened to some of my son's toys that have voice boxes that can't be removed. We just duke it out and put the plushie in the gentle cycle and in the dryer's gentle cycle. At first it sounds all warped and weird, but it comes back to life when it dries completely. I read an article that said you should never let a plushie air dry because it will never do so completely, in fact, it will most likely mildew or mold the innards that you can't completely see. This can affect your childs health... So, wash and dry it... worst case scenario he'll just lose his voice... it happens... But if you want ot preserve it, and doesn't have a zipper or opening, cut it's back, remove the voice box, put it in a tied off pilow case, wash and completely dry it... then, get out your sewing kit, restuff, fluff and sew the plushie back. Good Luck!!!

It depends on what kind of poo it is. If the baby is just taking milk, than spot sleaning it should be fine. Use some type of cleaner for clothes that you dont have to wash off totally. If the baby is eating solids than you might as well give up, normally the stronger the poo, the less likely that it will ever come off. I still have clothes for my son that I have washed 100 times and the poo is still there.

There should be a way to remove the voice box. Check the back for a zipper. Then throw it in the washing machine
