I thought they were all encompassing of people who refuse to designate themselves to either of the 2 main parties...it's startting to look like they're not moderates or unaffilates at all. It was a good idea for a while, now it's the "other GOP"

State distribution of healthcare for the needy is one of the worst things about our CURRENT system.

The local clinics for things like HIV, Eldercare and Drug Treatment (the ones that provide for lower incomes) are run so haphazardly because of lack of training and funds always being cut.

It is unfair and immoral to:
a) blame Universal Health Insurance for something that is a result of the current system.

b) to blame the faults of funding cuts on the clinics that have been abandoned.

Also - What is the logic in saying that dying people should go out and get a job? Isn't that overly simplistic?

Do people really think that their great grandmother or a 12 yearold crack cocaine addict are capable of working to pay off medical expenses when they are ill?

If you don't know, what is your best guess? No fair looking it up! Just guess in fun.

After taking control of Pakistan through a bloodless coup, Musharraf has had to deal with the corrupt vestiges of previous administrations; Bhuttos' being one of them. Musharraf declared martial law just prior to the Pakistani Supreme Courts' decision on the validity of his presidency. No big surprise there, as he had no faith in a court of law justifying a coup. Just how far would this guy go to bring his country out of the dark ages....

This is a follow up to a question I asked several months ago.

As I predicted the focus would not be about the war, but rather on the economy or other issues that are popular with the current polls.

In my opinion, both Democrats and Republicans are doing the country wrong with their do nothing, blame everyone else attitude.

Message: Yeah. Just another Liberal trying to bluff his way out of a corner. It would be sad if you weren't so bad at it. Now it is just hilarious. You cannot express an intelligent argument so you resort to sounding like a 13 year old who isn't getting his way. Go, home. I hear your Momma calling you.

How is it fair that I have to pay the same tax on goods and services that a multi-billionaire does?

That means he can afford all the things he needs to stay rich and I will never be able to change my position in life.

They should call it an "harder on others tax".

What's with the false nomenclature of Republican ideas?

How long do you think the news surrounding Bhutto's death will last? Do you think any sort of justice will be done? Even if Musharraf didn't order the murder, don't you at least think he is 90% to blame since he prevented her from having adequate security?

Drop some stars if you think this will be brushed to the side, and no one will be brought to justice for this.

Looks as though some people on here think that eugenics is a good policy, based upon my last question. Would you support forcible sterilization of the "less desirables" in this country? Does one's political party fit into that category, as one poster suggested?

It is they members of they OPEC (Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries) fault. they decide how much they are going to export. If Suadia Arabia and UAE, Kuwait and all those countries decide wheather to export much oil or Little oil and know they are exporting little oil meaning that USA has to buy it for more money, and sell it at a profit which increases gas prices.

Please do not answer, well they should stop selling it at a profit because that is wrong, emagine you buying something and sell it at a loss you would stop buying it right??
