Who reading this question knows the difference between Shiite and Sunni Moslems? And, why that difference makes it almost impossible for the two to live in harmony. Apparently Bush did not have a clue of the difference in these two Moslem sects before he decided to create a Jeffersonian democracy in Iraq. Once the US leaves Iraq and a really "free" election is held you will see a Shiite take over, the establishment of a Moslem fundamental government that will align itself with Iran; our worse nightmare.

Increasingly marginalized into the role of sole supporters of the Iraq conflict. They are also doing a good job of showing the Republicans are lock step with the unpopular Bush. Something like 77% of Americans are against the war how to win with 23+% of the populace behind them.

I asked a question recently and used a Fox News link as a source. Several people said that Fox News says nothing but lies.

Hate to tell you people this, but Fox gets most of its news from the Associated Press. They feed the New York Times and other liberal newspapers as well.

So why do you dems have so much bullship about this? Here are the two story links.

As you can see, it is the same story with identical wording. So how can Fox News be wrong and the NY Times be right?

His whole campaign effort seems oriented to conning Internet users into thinking he amounts to anything. Most of the Q & A that support him probably are coming from those folks. I wonder if they realize that their efforts are a JOKE to most of the rest of us?

The vast majority of Americans don't even recognize his name. And probably never will.

I'm asking this question, because a conservative poster accused the Democratic politicians of pandering to the "lazy, irresponsible, and illegal" by promising them free healthcare. I happen to know that there are MANY Americans who work hard, pay their taxes, and have no insurance, because they can't afford it. (In fact, I'm one of them!) Not only that, but having insurance doesn't even guarantee that a person will have access to proper medical care. I know that some here will try to discredit me for mentioning this movie, but I remember seeing a woman in the movie "Sicko" whose husband died, because he wasn't able to get a life-saving bone marrow transplant, as their insurance company deemed the surgery "experimental". Some may ask what "right" we have to medical care, but I'm assuming that (hopefully) everyone here would agree that everyone has the right to LIVE, and sometimes you have to have proper medical care just to do that!

Clinton was much admired in Europe for is virility. He increased the quality of our lives, without fear mongering. The Economy for the US under his leadership was without example in our history. And that, despite a Republican conress, who concentrated on slinging cadavers at him.
Why are people here so obessesed about him as a bad example? I wish, we would get another president like him.

Radical Islamists have posted a little message on one of their websites proclaiming that they have a 'gift' for us on the 'day of the Manhattan invasion' .
E.D. Hill said her pentagon sources are greatly concerned and frantically attempting to connect the dots wherever possible . She also has more info that she said she wasn't at liberty to say . This and other 'messages' that are almost the same as the ones just prior to 9-11-2007 . Reporter Catherine Herridge is currently working her inside sources in an attempt to offer and broadcast more .

How about enough of the bickering and let's openly discuss what each of us can do , share our ideas in an effort to make people more aware and less afraid to talk about it ?

Note : Other times when I have brought up this subject others have blundered that it's 'fear-mongering' or that there's nothing any of us can do as individuals . WRONG . Israeli Intelligence credits the people with thwarting the majority of terrorist attacks in Israel.

it's time to change track. till the time we grow big to be noticed we should not celebrate Republic Day on 26 Jan from next year. it's criminal to show foreign made arsenals in a over fortified place in the national capital. we should, instead , transfer this money to construct more stadiums for our children to play football.

But Guliani has NO experience in foreign affairs, Romney, again, no experience in foreign affairs, the others, well, you tell me, but, seriously, don't we need a leader adept on the issues with a broad sensibility in these dangerous times in which we live?

Global maps are having to be redrawn as a result of rising ocean levels and shrinking landlocked lakes and seas.

-The Aral Sea in Central Asia has shrunk by 75 percent since 1967 (before/after).
-Lake Chad in Africa has shrunk by 95 percent since 1963 (before/after).
-The Dead Sea is 82 feet (25 meters) lower than it was 50 years ago.
-Sections of the Rio Grande and Colorado rivers in North America, the Yellow River in Asia and the Tigris River in the Middle East now dry out in the summer and at some times of the year the rivers don't even reach the sea.
-The coastline of Bangladesh had to be redrawn because heavier monsoons and rising sea levels are causing more land to be lost to the ocean.
-Some Pacific Islands are also under threat from rising sea levels, including Kiribati, the Marshall Islands, Tokelau, Tuvalu and Vanuatu.

I keep hearing the cries of "bring 'em home", "pull out".... does leaving a mess and hoping someone else will clean it up for us work in your minds? Will our leaving make the terrorists think, "Hey, the infidels have left our land... phew, now we can stop fighting them and plotting against them. Time to go on live peaceful in our nations that we were born in and go back to work"?

Beebe bought the business after working there a year and Lucey sold the building to the family of President Kennedy. Beebe said the Kennedys bought the building because they wanted a business reason to visit Wisconsin where the former president's sister, Rosemary Kennedy, who was mentally retarded and lobotomized at age 23, spent decades at St. Coletta's in Jefferson until her 2005 death at age 86.

They "wanted a business reason to visit Wisconsin"? What can this mean except that these superrich self-styled champions of the little guy were looking for a tax write-off for their personal trips?
