You forgot a couple of things in your 'question':

George W. Bush has privately held two meetings with the President of Mexico and the Prime Minister of Canada where the topic of discussion has been the North American Union. Modeled after the European Union, this proposal is part of a 65-year plan to create one big country out of Canada, Mexico and U.S., even with its own currency: the Amero. In addition to the European Union, five other "unions" are "in the works" (including an Asian Union and an African Union), which would become the forerunners of a one-world, centralized government.
