Is Senator Craig losing his mind? Does he even know if he is a man or a woman? Does he know what he wants? Just resign and disappear...Shame on these " senators ".... Useless!

Whether you are Liberal or Conservative, tell why you believe or not believe in the statement. I am a Constitutional Democrat leaning Libertarian. Are there Constitutional Republicans out there that are so conservative that (to my perspective, coming from an entirely different direction) that they would support the statement and be protective of the Constitution and reject amending the Constitution in favor of temporary safety measures?

In the past year the Bush Administration has single handedly made North Korea into our lap dog. They have given up all nukes, given up their pursuit of nuclear technology, allowed UN inspectors in and COMPLETELY cooperated with them and have recently been taken off of the list of Terrorist Nations.

Why don't Libs ever talk about this?

Reports are saying that Larry Craig may not resign from the Senate after all. He is saying that he may fight this and has the blessing of Sen. Arlen Specter.

How will this affect the GOP or the Democrats in the next election, or will it not have any affect at all?

All over this board I see GOP supporters attack Hillary as a socialist, or take shots at Obama's middle name, or Edwards hair, etc.....

It's all name calling against Democrats. So the question is, "What does the GOP stand for?"

Give me 3 reasons to vote for Giuliani, Thompson, Romney, McCain, or any other GOP candidate.

Don't give me any more shots at Democrats...tell me why your GOP candidate should be President.

It seems that Hillary is making every promise under the sun. "I promise to make the US surrender in the war", "I will not cut Social Security", "I will make healthcare free for everyone without raising taxes", "I will take away your right to own property" Etc. Whats the deal with this? Even if we wanted these things, can she deliver?

Since 1976, Seven Men have served as the President of the United States. The seven men are.

Gerald Ford (1976-1977)
Jimmy Carter (1977-1981)
Ronald Reagan (1981-1989)
George H.W. Bush (1989-1993)
William Jefferson Clinton (1993-2001)
George W. Bush (2001-Present Day)

My favorite American President in American History after 1976 is George W. Bush.

In an interview President Bush was asked what he would do after his term is over, and among other things he said, "I'd like to make some money....replenish the ol' coffers. I can make ridiculous money on the lecture circuit. I don't know what my dad gets, but it's more than fifty, seventy five thousand....Clinton's making a LOT of money. Six years from now you're not gonna see hanging out in the lobby of the UN".

There's no doubt Bush is free to do whatever he wants when his term is up. But whether you love him or hate him, how can anyone think it's anything but inappropriate for a President to be talking about lining his own pockets with cash as he sends troops into war?

does the Canadian government pay for patients to travel to the U.S. for treatment?

Canada is increasingly sending patients to the U.S. for treatment.

"MW suffered from Stage 3C ovarian cancer with a complication of an impending bowel obstruction. The Appeal Board found that the waiting time in Ontario for the ovarian cancer surgery received in New York was between six to eight weeks.

The Appeal Board was satisfied that the out-of-country surgery was generally accepted as appropriate for the Appellant’s condition and that the surgery was available in Ontario. The primary issue for the Appeal Board was whether the delay in having the surgery would result in death or medically significant irreversible tissue damage.

The Appeal Board found that MW needed to travel out of country for surgery to avoid a delay in Ontario that would lead to death or medically significant irreversible damage. "

I am clearly for withdrawing from Iraq, cause I think its a waste.

BUT, so many have died already, and we already sunked in 100's of billions in Iraq, and we are building the biggest US embassy ever seen. THere is also the likely threat of Iran and syria influencing Iraq once we leave, and that can give more power and leverage to Iran which we already have a volatile relationship already.

So would it even be worth leaving iraq if we wanted to. I mean would it be more politically and military expensive to withdraw??

opinions.

Myself i did 2 tours in iraq.
