In the past year the Bush Administration has single handedly made North Korea into our lap dog. They have given up all nukes, given up their pursuit of nuclear technology, allowed UN inspectors in and COMPLETELY cooperated with them and have recently been taken off of the list of Terrorist Nations.
Why don't Libs ever talk about this?

Because they haven't been taken off the terror watch list (and shouldn't be), haven't given up their nukes, and have not completely cooperated with the UN. I'm glad they have agreed to shut down their reactor, but they have backed out on such deals in the past, almost every time, why would this one be differant?

Because unlike you, we can read history and know North Korea is not to be trusted at all. And if you read the news, North Korea has not been removed from the list.

I thought you can't "talk to these nations"... and it's only a "waste of time"?
