"You know, education, if you make the most of it, you study hard, you do your homework and you make an effort to be smart, you can do well. If you don't, you get stuck in Iraq."

Is this the entire quote, or was there more to it that actually makes it a slam against Bush? This is all of the quote I've seen on the news or read in news stories.

Saw the speech. He said and I quote "If you make the most of your education in this country you do well, if not you end up in Iraq".

This wasn't a joke gone bad, He INTENTIONALLY insulted all of our military. It's just another example of the Hypocritical Holier than thou Mulitmillionaire Liberal Mentality.

So please tell me how is words were taken out of context when I SAW and HEARD his speech ?

Other than just bashing Bush? A 40% approval rating for bush doesn't mean a 60% approval rating for libs. What actual issues are you trying to bring, or is your entire platform "we'll we're not Bush"?

I think most Republicans really know that he was talking about George W. Bush. They merely PRETEND Kerry was insulting the troops, because it's a cheap and desperate attempt to score political points. They must think their base is as stupid as they pretend Kerry said the troops are.

But what is REALLY being overlooked here? Kerry insulted Bush! Apparently they don't mind that! I guess Bush's record is so bad that they don't even bother to defend him anymore! I take that as a healthy development!

Princeton hacked a machine and video taped the whole experience.. in a nut shell they said any remotely experienced "code breaker" could hack this machine in "60" seconds http://www.bradblog.com/?p=3467
now in San Diego voting machines are having "sleep overs" at temporary poll workers homes... no kidding, three weeks in advance! No this is not some wing nut nonsense.. San Diego elections administrator Michael Haas when asked about this said "I'm not worried about it"? http://www.bradblog.com/?p=3685
Are you worried about it? this is only San Diego... These things are everywhere...

Why is it that America is so attached to a two party system of governmnet? I mean, are there only two types of views in America, Democrats and the Republicans? Does anyone else think this is wrong and what serious suggestions and ideas do you have for the American people to regain their voice in a corporate sponsored partisan world?

In his first six years, George W. Bush managed to destroy millions of jobs, to alienate most of the world's people, and to declare perpetual war. What more has he planned?

its funny that even though most of us know that bush lied about the reasons to invade iraq in the first place, and therefore most of us already know that iraq had nothing to do with 9/11 or al qaeda or bin laden, yet you still see people saying "support the war/support our troops". why? just because we're already there? iraq didnt attack us, but we indade their country. similarly, canada, iceland, or any other country that didnt attack us could have been invaded by bush for the exact same reason. bush could have gotten "sources" to come up with fake "evidence" that ANY country was supporting terrorism, and send in our troops with no evidence, just like he did with iraq. in such a case, would we still be saying "support our troops"?

I'm John Kerry, I wasn't talking about China, I was talking about chiapets.

I mean, the richest and most powerfuil country in the world, and what to we have?? An expensive, deadly, endless quagmire in Iraq that our young men are "stuck" in.

And Kerry had thje gaul to admit what this president has done,as ugly as it is?

Is this why Bush has to resort to false anger?
Is this why Bush has no solutuions?
