Americans in general, American corporations in particular, view trade unions, workers movements or any other form of socialist movement with such suspicion and general distaste that it is quite hard to fathom why?
Why should the ordinary worker not be given a voice?
Because they should work harder to achieve more is the standard reply.
This arrogance is overwhelming, most people who live below the poverty line work 10 times harder than the people with a voice but are then told this, what a sham.

Mike Jones steps forward saying he had a three year homosexual affair with Pastor Ted Haggert. Haggert also accused of having an affair with a woman. Haggert is married with five children.

How very Godly. Bashes gays from the pulpit, has his buns bashed by them at night.

I have never experience such Christian hatred expressed before by any political party. Almost every time a Democrat post they have issues with Christianity and say that Bush’s policies are based on Christianity.

Although this is a Christian nation by a wide percentage, the personal attack on Bush’s own Christian beliefs has me perplexed.

Carter was probably much more religious than Bush and so was JFK. Do you think they fear Muslims and are distancing themselves from Christians?

It doesn’t make sense to me. I know that many Christians have left the Democratic Party and almost all atheists are Democrats so there has been a shift, but is it really that extreme?

Democrats tend to think that Bush represents a Christian leader instead of a President. Why they got their thinking so screwed up is anyone's guess. Many of them see this war as Christians attacking Muslims and in their mind has nothing to do with terrorism. I even hear them comparing it with the crusades.

Does the law provide provisions, or rules , or rights or remedies to provide for 'pro per' respondant/defendants, equal protection
under the law in civil actions where the plaintiff lawyers have specialized
knowlwdge, and where the pro per has little to none?
Specifically, where the respondant/defendant, does't know and isn't told that
a memorandum is required in answer to plaintiff's motion for summary judgement,
and that failing to meet specific requirements of such returns or responses will
most likely result in judgement against them and in favor of the plaintiff?

I'm not a fan of hers, but it baffles me that she inspires such strong hatred from conservatives. Is it just because she's Bill's wife. She's really not even that far to the left. Hell, as far as I can tell, with some minor adjustments she could run as a republican. What's this all about?

A recent Survey on Yahoo news show that the majority of US' allies believe Bush to be more a danger to world peace than any other of the crazy maniac leaders in the world.

I totally agree. Going by past stats, he has killed far more innocents than either the Iranians, N. Koreans or even Saddam.

What about you?

Corporate profits are up. Top executives are raking in eight-digit compensation packages. But the paychecks of most people haven’t budged. Median household earnings are actually below what they were in 1999. Meanwhile, the costs of energy, health insurance, and college tuitions are skyrocketing.

It's time to bring fairness back to the economy.

Agree?

for John Kerry? The one where they intentionally mispelled words to spoof his comments about their education.

I just asked a question regarding Kerry, and I used the quoted mispelling of his name (Jon Carry) . And 40% of the answerers chastised me for being 'ignorant', because they thought that I didn't know how to spell. Other than their exposure of their own ignorance, I'm now wondering, just how many people on this site are clueless to current events!? How many of you were unaware of the banner? And no....I'm not going to call anyone ignorant here, the others from my other question were ignorant for accusing me of the same.

Israel has just opened fire on a group of women walking to a Mosque in Gaza, killing at least one. Israel also killed a 4 year old boy overnight. Palestinian children being killed by Israeli snipers is almost a daily occurrence.

Since 2000, Israel has killed over 5 Palestinians for ever Israeli killed. 8 times more Palestinian children have died, Israel has 9599 prisoners compared to just one Israeli held in Palestine and over 4000 Palestinian homes have been destroyed, but 0 Israeli homes.

Many people believe that Israel deliberately target civilians and use banned weapons, such as EMF weapons & cluster bombs. What are your views?

Is Israel getting away with killing women & children without international condemnation? If so why? Is it American protection, a failure of the international community or just a fact of this bloody war?

Do you think Israeli actions constitute terrorism or a fierce, but justified act of preventative warfare?
