After the mystery of US-911.
If am not wrong he is stuck there to clean up the blunders and slip-ups with human errors created back in the past.
He has to steer the star-ship America back on course which have been way off course otherwise little children will all be lost in space forever in planet of apes.
We see how the election comes out.
He himself at loss with what went wrong out there like you and me.
So there is no one to be blame for what went wrong out there.

The only thing true about your statement is that he did not win the popular vote in 2000. Since you are obviously unfamiliar with how things work, let me explain: He has already served 2 terms, so NO, he cannot be elected AGAIN. We have a thing called TERM LIMITS.

Bush was elected in 2004, fair and square. 2000 was a lot shadier than 2004. In 2000, El Presidente was appointed president. In 2000 you had 5 of the 9 Supreme Court Justices change their judicial philosophy for one case. Prior to the case, those 5 justices had always favored states rights when they conflict with federal law. For this one case those 5 justices made a 180 degree turn in judicial philosophy, at the same time and in the same case. Weird, huh? Down right strange. In addition, consider the ethical violations; Justice Thomas wife worked for the Maryland republican party and Scalia's son worked in the same law firm that represented Bush. Neither of them recused themselves.

Even Lib newspapers couldn't figure out a way to count the votes so that Gore won.
Bush won OH by over 100,000 votes in 04. About the same as JFK's national margin in 60.
Bush was elected twice. Get over it.

He won twice. Welcome to the Electoral College.

What did Clinton get the first time around, about 43-44% of the vote? If not for Perot, he would still be dating Jennifer Flowers in Arkansas.

No he cant. What you are saying I am not disputing at all, infact I think there is some truth to what you are saying.

However, its supposed to look like he did get elected by the people!! So he can't run again, even though he may have stollen the election ....he can't technically run again.
