Why is it people say democrats are sissys, while republicans are good, or that republicans are retarted, and democrats are good. Don't they relize they all are the same. nobody knows whats going on, and government is tsaking advantage of us. I was wondering who feels we should be able to vote on any and all matters, instead of electing these a**holes to make decisions for us? just wondering.

I am neither a liberal nor a conservative. I looked at the voting history of presidential elections and there is a strong correlation with states with high literacy rate voting for liberals and states with lower literacy rate voting for conservatives. There are lot of things I agree and disagree with both sides. Is it possible that our educational system is more in favor with the liberals? Could this all be a discreet way to control our younger minds that liberals are a smarter choice than being conservative? Please help me understand for I am not that brilliant nor am I retarded.

Apparently, if you are like Keith Olberman or Chris Mathews, the people who believe that John Kerry's quote was about the troops and not Bush are just plain "stupid". (yes, Keith used the word, "STUPID").

The problem is....if John Kerry really meant that Bush wouldn't have gotten America "stuck in Iraq" if he was better educated, fisrt of all he's got to be the stupidest human being alive to word it the way he did, and he must also be the stupidest man alive to base his question of Bush's judgement on his EDUCATION!!

So the liberals leave us with one final question: Who is more stupid? The People that misinterpreted Kerry, or Kerry himself?

When mayor negan said, what he meant by 'chocolate city' was that when you add white milk to chocolate, you get a great combination

or

kerry's group saying he was reffering to Bush, and not the troops
(if you want to see why this is rediculous, read my last question:

How do you feel as an enlisted GI in Iraq!! Holy frickin shhhyttt!!! And heres the kicker....John Kerry is actually a US Senator!!

Would it suprise you to know that this is the same guy who TESTIFIED AGAINST HIS OWN COUNTRY IN A LEGAL PROCEEDING!! No big deal...wilfully providing evidence to the international community to indite your own country of a violation of international law. I mean, loyalty is not an important thing in an elected representative...right?

Serious answers only. I have seen many petitions out there and alot of people sign but I think it has alot to do with the fact that people dont want their names on a piece of paper because others would think they smoke it. Honestly, I feel that if everyone signed that used marijuana, it would pass. On the other side of it, I think that the government makes more $ in incarceration than they would for the tax that would be placed on it. What are your thoughts? Please share...

Sen. Kerry's comment doesn't sound like Bush bashing to me, it sounds like troop bashing. Those of you who really think it is are wrong.

"You know, education, if you make the most of it, you study hard, you do your homework and you make an effort to be smart, you can do well. If you don't, you get stuck in Iraq." John Kerry.

Republicans need to realize that liberals hate the military. If we allow Congress to be overtaken by the Democrats, we will surely see this war underfunded and Bush will be left with terrible choices with which to work. Expect a bloodbath if you don't vote Republican.

ARTICLE: Kerry told a group of California students on Monday that those unable to navigate the country's education system "get stuck in Iraq" http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20061031/ap_on_go_pr_wh/white_house_kerry

I loathe republicans a little less than democrats. Thats the sum of my politics. Recognizing that all humans have some bias to wrestle with, I try to strip myself of partythink or partyidentification everyday.

Heres one way you can spot a lemming...an automiton...a partythink drone...a pathetic pathetic excuse for a "human". Ready for my simple test? Ok here is my partythink drone test >> anyone who rationalizes/apologizes for the statement of John Kerry. Period.

I have a liberal friend who has already agreed that there is no possible conceievable rationale for this statement. Anything less is pure leftist knee jerk automiton apologetics.

Maybe, if Kerry follows through with this sentiment, there will be no one left in infantry...no one who wants to be labeled "dumb"

The war on "terror" will never be over, it will just change locations. Like the war on drugs, prostitution, pornography, and the many others that will follow, it is a war on humanity.

These wars will never be won; the State will just keep creating new boogiemen to frighten us with. The sheep will anxiously anticipate the next fall guy the State offers up as a sacrifice for the war on whatever happens to be next. Be careful, the next pawn could be me or you.

So my fascist friend.. are you talking about internment camps, gas, a leper colony ? "Eliminated before they multiply"? How Hitler can you get ?...

This is absolutely amazing, he literally accuses people, who willfully enlist, of being idiots or the lowest rung of society without any other choices. Again, John Kerry is a US Senator. Theres no question it will have some effect, but my question is, what is the ceiling here...how bad of an effect can this have?

The penetration of the State into every aspect of human life and society. Some people regard this as good and "progressive," others regard it as tyrannical; but either way, it's a fact, a transformation as great as, say, the Industrial Revolution. Absolutely nothing is now beyond the scope of State power.

Do you agree?
