Notice that the mainstream media is already trying to explain why exit polls should be ignored when they don't match the official results.

wrongdoing. What do you learn? That the Republican Party is the lesser of two evils, the greater of two or the equal evil?

We think we can tell every other nation in the world what to do, but if they tried that with us, we'd flip them the finger ... just like North Korea.

I understand how money is Speech and How the High Court upheld lying as Free Speech. I'm thinking that TV networks changing live video feed editing the language to meet the needs of a political agenda is a strech of first amendment rights.

I suppose we will get the same old song and dance that the actual results did not match the exit polls because < usual untrue reason> and since there is no paper trail we all go happily on our way!

In reading and asking political questions, I find that use of the word liberal in the text will immediately engender negative feelings and an attack mentality. The word conservative does not necessarily produce the same response, but sometimes does. Conservatives seem to be openly proud of their ideology, while many liberals seek to reclassify themselves using other terms. I am not saying liberals aren't proud, just that they do not seem to be proud of the term. I am not talking about questions that seek to defame one side or the other, but rather questions which require an explanation of the answerer's beliefs and opinions. Both are just words and should not immeditely place people on the defensive without further discovery and yet they still do.

What say you?

The Millitary Commissions Act says that "alien military combatents" can be arrested without a trial, laywer, or bail hearing. So it doesn't technically apply to citizens. But if they arrested a citizen and called you an alien military combatent, how would you prove you were a citizen? You don't get a trial, laywer, or bail hearing.

I was wondering how this would work. Don't just answer by saying it is for our protection or something else that doesn't answer the question.
