No, and I love this question because it brings up a very important aspect of human nature; that of the innate fear we have of the unknown and nonconformity. Change is a threat to a lot of people, whether they're willing to admit it or not, and when someone comes along with a whole new set of morals and ideas, they cling to what is familiar and defend it to no end -whether it was ever a real threat to their beliefs or not.
