if poll sites already require drivers license or passport and official registration?

It's not like illegal immigrants are voting. They would have to get on the books. Right?

1. They don't require drivers licenses. That's the whole point.

2. No, illegals don't have to be on the books. They just have to fill out a registration form, show no ID, and PRESTO! They're on the voter rolls!

What is wrong with a voter id? Why not make sure all votes are legitimate? One invalid vote invalidates a real vote.

You are registered to vote when you get a drivers license. Birth certificates can also be forged.

Wrong - during all the "we demand our rights" protests by the illegals there were always people registering the illegals to vote... when the intent of these radicals is amnesty do you think they really checked to see if the papers were legal... more likely a wink, wink, nod, nod!

You have to show ID to vote, voter resistration fraud runs rampant. Heck, even the dead vote.

If your tired of dead people voting, then take voter id, if you don't want election fraud, then take voter id.
