I've been a registered voter for over 20 years now. I have in every election during that time. I have never been asked to participate in a Presidential poll. Do these pollsters call the same people over and over again? Should I be insulted that I haven't been asked to participate?

What would you have done after the attacks of 9/11?
I find it interesting to hear what people say they would have done if they were president at the time. Personly (don't critisize me or anything) I would have flattened the country and any surrounding countries involved. Let it be a lesson to the surrounding nations (not a demonstration of power but why they shoudln't attack the US).

The second part is in Somalia when the Black Hawks were shot down, there was real footage of the dead american soldiers (that were killed in the crash) being "dragged" through the streets with people cheering. That really got to me, both me and my dad would have flattend the country as well, not to be violent or anything but doing that to our dead american soldiers is extremely offensive to me, I would have flattened the country without a word. Actions such as that are uncalled for and should never be done. That country should have been flattened! Letting nothing survive, i'm still very angry over that

Then what were the fully loaded with fuel jets used for -- shock value.

You people that believe that 911 was an inside job have no formal education with regards to construction or engineering you speak from emotion and are frothing at the mouth at Bush.

But you were not too loud when the WTC was bombed in 1993 and the USS Cole bombings.
That's because you are so trained and brainwashed that the Democratic party could do no wrong.
Why would the United States govt. kill their own people who pay taxes - so you freeloading liberals could wake up at 11 AM everyday and dye your hair green and wear nipple rings.

Someone else's answer, to a different question, made it clear to me that some Democrats think they already have the 2008 elections wrapped up. Well, I can only tell you that I have voted Democrat, more often than not, and the Democrats do not have me wrapped up by any means. If the Democrats don't get straight on a couple of things, such as illegal immigration, they will not get my vote. And let me assure you that I know for a fact that I am not the only person, who is usually inclined to vote Democrat, that feels this way. Illegal immigration is a deal breaker for many of us.
Have the Democrats become so arrogant as to believe that they will win simply because the Republicans are stuck with Bush's record?

The other day I was reading Newsweek magazine and came across some poll data I found rather hard to believe. It must be true given the source, right? The same magazine that employs Michael (Qurans in the toilets at Gitmo) Isikoff. Here I promised myself this week I would be nice and I start off in this way. Oh what a mean man I am.
The Newsweek poll alleges that 67 percent of Americans are unhappy with the direction the country is headed and 69 percent of the country is unhappy with the performance of the president. In essence 2/3s of the citizenry just ain't happy and want a change.
So being the knuckle dragger I am, I starting thinking, ''What we are so unhappy about?''
Is it that we have electricity and running water 24 hours a day, 7 days a week? Is our unhappiness the result of having air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter? Could it be that 95.4 percent of these unhappy folks have a job?

Please watch this Lou Dobbs clip, listen after the report for his web site URL, and go there to send a message to your congressman to do something about this before it is too late! I don't want to be asked at my next performance review if I would be willing to accept a 75% pay cut because there are 200 Mexicans standing at the door who will do my job for even less than that. I want my son to learn Spanish electively, not because he needs the skill to make it through the day. I'm sick of hearing "Para espanol, oprima la estrella" every time I make a phone call. Surveys report that approximately 85% of Americans oppose the North American Union and the Reconquista, or Mexican Invasion. If everyone speaks about this, the politicians will have a harder time denying that it exists, thus making it more difficult for them to sneak it in the back door on us.

Why the administration chooses 9/11 to be the date Gen. David Petraeus come back to report the progress in Iraq. Is it just a way to stir up emotion? President flew to Iraq some days ago. Do you think the administration should do more on the benefit of the country rather than political struggle to fight the other party?

Benjamin Franklin
(This prophecy, by Benjamin Franklin, was made in a "CHIT CHAT AROUND THE TABLE DURING INTERMISSION," at the Philadelphia Constitutional Convention of 1787. This statement was recorded in the dairy of Charles Cotesworth Pinckney, a delegate from South Carolina.)

"I fully agree with General Washington, that we must protect this young nation from an insidious influence and impenetration. The menace, gentlemen, is the Jews.
In whatever country Jews have settled in any great number, they have lowered its moral tone; depreciated its commercial integrity; have segregated themselves and have not been assimilated; have sneered at and tried to undermine the Christian religion upon which that nation is founded, by objecting to its restrictions; have built up a state within the state; and when opposed have tried to strangle that country to death financially, as in the case of Spain and Portugal.
For over 1,700 years, the Jews have been bewailing their sad fate in that they have been exiled from their homeland, as they call Palestine. But gentlemen, did the world give it to them in fee simple, they would at once find some reason for not returning. Why? Because they are vampires, and vampires do not live on vampires. They cannot live only among themselves. They must subsist on Christians and other people not of their race.
If you do not exclude them from these United States, in their Constitution, in less than 200 years they will have swarmed here in such great numbers that they will dominate and devour the land and change our form of government, for which we Americans have shed our blood, given our lives our substance and jeopardized our liberty.
If you do not exclude them, in less than 200 years our descendants will be working in the fields to furnish them substance, while they will be in the counting houses rubbing their hands. I warn you, gentlemen, if you do not exclude Jews for all time, your children will curse you in your graves.
Jews, gentlemen, are Asiatics, let them be born where they will nor how many generations they are away from Asia, they will never be otherwise. Their ideas do not conform to an American's, and will not even thou they live among us ten generations. A leopard cannot change its spots. Jews are Asiatics, are a menace to this country if permitted entrance, and should be excluded by this Constitutional Convention."

Disturbed anti-war protester can't find soldier, kills civilian with axe instead!
http://www.breitbart.com/article.php?id=cp_fc6h5g7n673&show_article=1
AMSTERDAM, Netherlands (AP) - A U.S. citizen has confessed to using an axe to kill a Dutch student after failing to find a soldier to attack, his lawyer said Tuesday.
The suspect, Carlos Hartmann, 41, of Tecumseh, Mich., has confessed to the Sept. 8 killing on a train platform in the southern city of Roosendaal, defence lawyer Peter Gremmen said.

Gremmen said Hartmann wanted to punish the Netherlands for its support of the war in Iraq.
