I am neither a conspiracy theorist or frothing at the mouth. The facts are, that there is enough information available to at least suggest, that many things don't add up, and at best, the White House, Pentagon and the Defence Department knew it was GOING to happen. Read the book, The New Pearl Harbour (David Griffin) together with other articles on the internet. David Griffin points to about 30 facts that don't make any sense with the 'official' version. He poses another 100 questions that require answers.
People who have more experience about the temperature of a fire precipitated by fuel; the temperature required to burn steel, coupled with the fact, the manner and timing of the falling buildings, and why did Tower 7 fall, when it wasn't even hit by a plane? Why was there a reading that was more like a 'demolition explosion' than a fireball explosion, immediately preceding the fall of the towers? Why was a very senior and experienced FBI Officer, John O'Neill forced to resign just prior to 9/11, then employed as a security person at the WTC and lost his life in the tower? He was an experienced person, conversant and working on the Osama bin Laden 'file' including the actions of some of those alleged participants in the attacks! Could it be, that 'they' wanted to get rid of him because he knew too much and would have 'smelt a rat'?
Why weren't the reports given by several people about the interest of some alleged participants in flying planes, but not in landing planes, taken seriously, in fact, they should have been followed up, but were not, why? Why did some onlookers who took photos of either the WTC or the Pentagon, have them confiscated by the FBI? Why weren't people with differing accounts of events called before the official Inquiry?
Where were the forensic people during the aftermath of the disaster? Why was the rubble shipped off to another country so quickly? Why were the FBI agents who tried to warn their superiors either sacked or demoted? Why were those in authority, who should have known, but did nothing, rewarded? Why didn't the hole in the wall of the Pentagon resemble the size of a jet passenger plane? What was the noise people heard near the site of the Pentagon prior to the crash? (Witnesses have disputed the aircraft, saying it was more the size and sound of an airforce fighter plane than a passenger plane).
Why didn't President Bush look more shocked when informed of the attack, and why didn't he leave the class room immediately? (I'd have wanted to get out of there and help my people if I was President). Why did Bush say that he knew about the first plane when he was at the school; even away from his secret service people? He then tried to change his story, why? Why did Vice-President Chaney give conflicting reports of where he was and why? Why did they allow the bin Laden family to leave the US the next day, even though no other planes were allowed in the air? Why, with the benefit of technology that can see into people's backyards; can almost look through concrete buildings, the Military/CIA/FBI etc not been able to 'find' Osama bin Laden? Perhaps they don't really want him to tell his story. If they do catch up with him, he will probably be killed! Why did the Bush family do business with the bin Laden family? Why can't we see the records of those business dealings. What role did Saudi Arabia play prior to 9/11? What business dealings does George Bush Snr have in the Middle East? Why is there only 1 person in the government who has a family member in the sevices? Where is their commitment to the country? Why don't they take better care of those "wonderful men and women who sacrifice their lives" when they return home injured. If it's so wonderful, why do the families of service people have to rely on charity to live? Because the pay is pathetic!
Why did those Pakistani people, who were the equivalent of the CIA, visit Washington, in the preceding weeks of 9/11? Who did they see and why? Why did President Bush, Vice President Chaney, Rumsfeld, Rice and others meet the next day, and planned to invade Iraq, when the majority of the alleged perpetrators originated from Saudi Arabia? In fact, why wasn't 9/11 treated as it was, a horrific CIVIL crime? Wasn't it just a little too convenient to treat it as 'a declaration of war' when it was no such thing? Why did the Bush Administration, the Blair and Howard governments lie to the people about WMD's that didn't exist? Could it be, because it was the 'easiest lie' that the people would swallow? Us idiots!
These are just a few of the questions that should be answered. Instead, the US got the PATRIOT Act; people were rounded up like criminals, deported, detained, tortured and a chain of horrific events transpired, and Bush/Chaney/Ashcroft and Gonzales eroded and abused the Constitution, in the name of democracy and freedom. The American people were and still are being lied to, and they are either very gullible, stupid, careless or criminally negligent, when they just blindly follow the lies of the Administration and the media. I fear, that the lies have been put in place once again, about Iran. I have no love for the leadership in that country, but they are not in contravention of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. Perhaps the people should ask President Bush to allow the weapons inspectors in to the US military facilities. They'd find, that it was the US that sold chemical weapons to Saddam Hussein; who cossetted and actively supported his horrific presidency, and protected his cruel and vicious actions until he refused to comply with them any longer; who encouraged Iran to have a nuclear industry during the reign of the Shah, who was a cruel, ruthless and sadistic dictator! It's only luck that Iran does not have nuclear weapons at this time - the Shah did not take up the US's offer? Further, it was the US who 'created' Osama bin Laden, providing him with all the materials required to get rid of the Soviets in Afghanistan. Put CIA/Drugs into Google. You'll be shocked! I was! Those in the CIA/FBI warned the administration that it was 'creating a monster' but to no avail. Now look what's happening!
The US has invaded or interfered with 46 countries since the end of World War 2, including Iraq (twice)Afghanistan, Bosnia, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Guatemala and many many more. They have actively trained right wing militia in the areas of torture and use of weapons. These actions have been ignored by many citizens of the US, who also have the blood of hundreds of thousands of innocents on their hands, including a million Iraqis and thousands of Afghanis. I don't believe that citizens of America have the right to take the 'high moral ground' over 9/11. In short, the US has created the disharmony, hatred, bigotry and revengeful behaviour over decades. It is naive and unrealistic to believe, that the repercussions that have confronted us now would never happen, horrific and cruel as they are.
When the authorities stop thinking, that if they want oil or gas, or land or business, all they need do is shoot up the country, terrorize those who oppose, and steal the resources, perhaps things will change. But sadly, not in my lifetime judging by the sanctimonous bloggers on this topic. Taking the high moral ground, and showing anger at those who question, criticize or take exception, only confirms what many people believe, that it's blind arrogance, and a denial of the rights of others that is causing much of the discord and misery around the world. It's far too easy to blame Islamic fundamentalists, while allowing so-called christian zealots do as they wish. When administrations refer to their country's "national interests", they aren't referring to yours or mine, they refer to the huge companies making even bigger profits out of war, military weapons, ammunition and oil among others. They leave a wave of pollution, death, disease and misery behind. Ask the Bush and Blair/Brown administrations about the agreement with the puppet regime in Iraq, (who only answer to Washington) re the oil deal for the next 30 years, where 70% of the decision making will be made by oil companies in the US and Britain with an accompanying level of profits. The minority to the people of Iraq. It's this attitude among others that is causing continuing death and misery to the people of Iraq, and fills me with shame and disgust!
It's far too easy to blame those like me, who question, who are angry at the injustice, and almost more disgusted and outraged criminal. There are many web sites that can be accessed, that are probing and yes, provocative and disturbing, but we have an obligation to seek the truth and not accept with blind faith the lies fed to us by administrations.
My heart goes out to all those who've lost loved ones, whether they're in Iraq or the WTC. I believe, they're all the innocents who've been allowed to suffer because of power, greed and the need to dominate! Pure evil in fact!
