I feel sadness, for the people that lost loved ones 6 years ago today, and for the people that have lost loved ones from the subsequent war that has followed this horrific event.

I feel contempt for the government that has not been able to look past party lines to do everything necessary to win this war.

I feel hatred for the people of this country that are unwilling to unite against our common enemy, because they are blinded by hatred for our current president.

I feel bad about 9 - 11 because it seems like all those people were innocent and killed for absolutely nothing. They personally had nothing to do with the Israeli/Palestinian situation, US presence in Middle Eastern air bases, etc. The people who killed them were cowards, because they just killed innocent civilians for nothing. Then everyone exploited the situation after that. It almost makes me sick to hear everyone called "hero". Of course there were real heroes, but they were mostly exploited for propaganda and political purposes too. The families involved must hate that. I feel bad for them also because they have to look at film footage today on TV about 9 - 11.

Sad, its tough because I was home sick with the flu and what I saw on TV didn't help. You see I build Boeing Airliners, the very idea that those planes could be used that way turned my stomach. I mourned for the passengers and aircrew. And for the 3000 others that died because of a sick twisted man in Afganistan.

WoW. Your uncle is so lucky.

Enough time has passed for me that I don't really feel anything about it being the 11th. I'm a 9/11 junkie though, and pretty much read up and viewed anything related to the incident.

over all i feel neutral like always.

honestly i was not shocked untill the plane hit the pentagon. it might be cold but i rather lose some civilens than our top military brass.

i am the type of person who does not really care if a family membver gets sick. usualy my first responce is asking how to fix the sickness. i dont know, for some reasion i did not really devloup empathy for other people.

I'm extremely displaced again. I live on the other coast and didn't know anyone. But I have a girlfriend who lost her boyfriend, with the NYFD. I'm feeling for her today and for those who lost loved ones, but it's just sort of numbing, being this far from it. I hope that makes sense.

Of course everything about 9/11 is extremely sad. But what is even worse is all of the sorrow that the US has caused overseas , using 9/11 as an excuse.
Let's not kill other people's families because some of our family members have died

It just another day......There are tragedies all over the world and every day people are killed. So what so special about this one day other than people got tired of the way the American government likes to push others around......

I feel that a big piece of this country will not wake up. We have a serious threat and many Americans have their head in the sand. These people disgust me.
