So they're saying a large percentage of our Christian Americans hate their own religion?
Yet, the cons endorse their unsubstantiated rumors as often as they hear them.

Seriously folks. One talks "left" and one talks "right" but they are all bought and paid for by the same interest groups. Neither one is sincere when they speak of religion. The only thing they are sincere about are their own careers. Besides pandering to a slightly different constituency, is there anything to distinguish them?

I have learned that liberal's do generate the exact opposite of their stated intent. When a liberal asks for some thing i know it;s not good for the country. And it mean's the opposite of what they want or ask for. So if they say their going to support some thing that really mean's their not going to support it. That's a liberal !!!

if just for comedic relief? Wouldn't it be worth the increase in taxes to hear about hillary, some young chubby male intern, and a cigar? You can't write comedy better than a democrat in the White House!

I mean if you don't drink it you die right? Well I recently saw an interview with T. Boone Pickens and he said that drinking water is not a human right. If T. Boone Pickens could own the rights to the air you breath he wouldn't consider breathing a baisc human right either. T. Boone is one of the 130,000 people who control 80% of the wealth in this country. I'm telling you people that if we continue to allow unbridled capitalism. We are going to end up under the control of a totalitarian system just like the Soviet Union. Cus the Soviet Union was nothing, if it wasn't a giant corporation. Cold, dispassionate and inhumane in it's pursuit of efficiency.
Oh yeah! To broaden my question: Do you think that life is a basic human right?

The question is addressed to liberals, rather than libertarians. I would particularly like to hear from those of you over the age of 30. Do you think that the average person is incredibly stupid and needs to be "shown the way" by those who are morally and intellectually superior or are you just control freaks?

Also, can more people please answer my previous question? It is something I really need opinions for.

Specifically

1. When young black youth cause problems in malls, if they get kicked out, the race card comes all over the place. Not to mention that there is no police enforcement when they act out. Owners are called racists when they want youth that cannot behave to be thrown out of the mall. All I hear is about the deviant's rights and not the store or mall owner's rights.

2. Liberals think it is acceptable for the government to steal private wealth (and yes money is personal property). They think it is okay to give it away to those who they desire. Liberals do not see someone's income as what it is: theirs.

3. Liberals think it is okay to force all kinds of regulations on businesses like the minimum wage, OSHA, sexual harassment, etc. How about if a person does not like the job, quit? These regulations can and do bankrupt companies and the extra costs of compliance is passed on to consumers.

Our Founding Fathers knew that private property is a basis of a free society

By now everyone has heard about the horrible conditions at part of Walter Reed Medical Center that our wounded soldiers must endure.

He has said nothing. All he had to do, as any CEO could do, was walk in, point to the problem, and say "fix it."

Instead, he's in TN talking about tax cuts to a cheering Repub crowd that doesn't give a rat's butt about the suffering troops.

A Fredericksburg man is facing several assault charges after police say he hunted down a group of Republicans and confronted them in their home over their beliefs.

Police said Andrew Stone, 23, recently went to a home in Fredericksburg at around 5:30 p.m. after he saw a name and nearby address on a Republican Web site.

Stone confronted three residents about their political viewpoints, police said. When he found out the residents supported the Republican-led war effort in Iraq, police say Stone became enraged.

Stone then hit the homeowner and his roommates several times as they tried to force him out of the door, police said.

Stone faces three counts of assault and battery.

I am a young adult that has the money to purchase insurance, but choose not to. If I would rather spend my money on digital cable, a cell phone, a nice car, etc. isn't that my right as an American? If I knowingly make the choice to use my money in other ways, like most young people without insurance do, what is the problem? That sounds like true person freedom to me.

Im having trouble humanizing these apes that continue escalating violence in certain parts of the world. How are these people even human? The palestinies and the Problems in Africa its almost like watching a couple dogs fighting One nips the others backend then the other turns around and nips the firsts in retailation. Both dogs shouldve learned by now that this way doesnt work everyone just ends up with more blood on their hands. Yet they go right back at it time and time again.
