No, the imf and the world bank meet and decide who deserves funds for the improvement of countries.

The decisions to distribute money is a committee.

I hope so. Their access to funds should be decided by the lender on the basis of their credit worthiness, not on their political philosophy, and not on the approval of the United States.

Why would they want money from those sources, anyway? They are only bent on owning the world and controlling the population via economic control on legitimate government.

In short, its hidden government.
