Specifically
1. When young black youth cause problems in malls, if they get kicked out, the race card comes all over the place. Not to mention that there is no police enforcement when they act out. Owners are called racists when they want youth that cannot behave to be thrown out of the mall. All I hear is about the deviant's rights and not the store or mall owner's rights.
2. Liberals think it is acceptable for the government to steal private wealth (and yes money is personal property). They think it is okay to give it away to those who they desire. Liberals do not see someone's income as what it is: theirs.
3. Liberals think it is okay to force all kinds of regulations on businesses like the minimum wage, OSHA, sexual harassment, etc. How about if a person does not like the job, quit? These regulations can and do bankrupt companies and the extra costs of compliance is passed on to consumers.
Our Founding Fathers knew that private property is a basis of a free society

To clarify my comments on sexual harassment, since most of you have never read into it,
The law was written so that the receiver determined what is harmful behavior. The law was intentionally vague so that trial lawyers could sue and only after a business loses a case would it be known that what happened was wrong.

They do not understand that without consequences, there is no order.
They do not understand that giving my money to someone who did not work for it is the same as flushing it down the toilet.

well...
1. I'm not much for deviants rigthts either... and while some may be, I'm not so sure that's a "liberal" issue exactly...
2. so you're against any taxation, because that's what all taxation really comes down to... it's always taking money that, most of the time, doesn't help the person paying it that much overall and helps others (the poor) more... government has to have some sort of tax base... and with a nation this large, it's going to be a large tax base... but this question really goes into your No. 3
3. regulations were formed due to businesses failure to act in a moral manner... it's my personal belief that most only act morally now because of these regulations...
the vast majority of people work pay check to pay check and don't have the luxury to just quit and find a new job... and if you take all rules away... a good number of jobs will all be equally bad...
this really all comes down to the lessons we learned from the industrial revolution and the great depression... while the lessons learned may have been perverted to some degree, they originally had a reason...
as for your last comment, it seems that a "free society," the way you see it, basically means that businesses are free to mistreat employees...
now the real question is... if the market corrects a corrupt workplace, how come that never really happened until rules were put into place in the industrial revolution...
the simple fact is... most people don't just "quit" because the workplace is bad... so it doesn't police its self... and is it ok to just take advantage of that fact of life?

Can you name a situation where the ACLU sued a person over the nativity scene in a private setting? If you can, please give details that can be verified. A website citing the lawsuit would be helpful. What you are probably thinking about is a government entity such as a public school or a city that was putting up a nativity scene. There is a tremendous difference. The government should stay out of the religion business. The U.S. Constitution even says so. However, a lot of people want their religion to be displayed by the government. So, there are times that someone has to step in to tell the people to get the religion out of the government. In the case for the mosque, it is not the government trying to build the mosque. It is a private group using their own money and using private property. There is no constitutional matter to this. There is no mixing of government and religion. So, the statement in your question does not make sense. So, the ACLU not stepping in does make sense and it is logical because it conforms to their actions up to now.

Responses from a liberal:
1: You can not assume just because you're a youth and you're black that you're going to cause problems. Are you talking about racial profiling? It sure sounds like it. If, in fact, what you're talking about is rowdy youth of any color being thrown out of a mall because they're rowdy - that's different. Even liberals support jerks being thrown out of malls.
2: You're really attaching INCOME TAX to liberals? This is going to be upsetting, but conservatives support income tax as well. Liberals, by and large, believe in taxing the rich the lion's share - as opposed to the conservative view which is destroying the middle class in this country. Completely different debate, but both ideological sides of the political discussion support taxation of income.
3: Yes, liberals often think regulations are good. But, that's because businesses have shown throughout history that they will use leverage over their employees in the name of simple greed. Yes - this can hurt small businesses, which sucks, but these laws are in place for large corporations who live by the law of greed and treat their workers as cattle. This argument can also get into unions - but, let's all agree, unions in the beginning were necessary to temper corrupt businessmen. Sexual harassment is a completely different argument, but if supporting the abused in sexual harassment cases is considered liberal - I'm glad I am on that side of the fence. But, really, that's a bi-partisan feeling as well.
Hoo - and I would have responded more. Above is me trying to use brevity. Hah.

1. This situation is much different where I live, then you describe. Most people I notice are treated fairly and equally and not abuse or "race card" is played.
2. The government "gives away" money to lots of things. Are you arguing against taxes? Because most conservatives do agree with the fact that you need taxes. I personally like my tax money to go to things like our military, police, firemen, hospitals, etc. If you don't want to use those things, stop paying taxes then.
3. This is just advocating that businesses should be allowed to discriminate, endanger, and abuse workers. If a person is being sexually harassed you are saying they should just quit? Last I checked, we are all given the right not to be sexually harassed. You are advocating loss of freedom, which is worse then loss of property.

Not so. And:
So black youth never get busted (right). Taxes = theft Your boss should be able to make sexual favors a job requirement. Employers should have no regard for workers safety. Child Labor is OK. How about we just bring back slavery? Since thinigs were just great for everyone in 1815, lets bring back property requirements for voting too.

1. I don't hear any incidents of that. Of course, if you have, you are obviously making a false generalization based on your limited witnessing of events.
2. That is a very deluded way of putting it. The government "steals"? Taxes are fair and are appropiate in certain limited magnitudes. Money is not given to those who "desire" it. It is given to those who need a little boost to help them help themselves to start thriving in our grand capitalistic society. Your point of view is just flat-out greedy.
3. Let's not impose standards. Then workers will riot and we will have nationwide unrest. Is that what you want?

The Conservatives just take the land they want by starting condemnation proceedings and if they could get away with it would bring back sweat shops and eliminate laws regarding child labor
