Where do we get these kind of judges? Judge Watters, what the hell are you doing? Should we target judges who would do something as criminal as this??

when i mean target judges, i mean have their name out in newspapers so we can see exactly what idiot put a caught child molestor back out in the street.
let's see how proud these judges will look in front of everyone.

Because these judges have been appointed by bleeding heart liberals who care more about compassion for the pedophile than the children they scar for life. They care more about the belief that pedophiles can be rehabilitated but don't care about that innocence has been stolen from a child who will suffer indescribably for the rest of her/his life. They do not consider the therapy and counseling the child will need and unfortunately these liberals won't pay for it and some families just cannot afford it.
Sometimes I have to wonder if they themselves have abused children and think 'it's no big deal.
Our country's misplaced compassion is spreading like a cancer because the bleeding hearts do not use reasoning in trying to spread their message.

Maybe, just maybe, there are specifics to the case that you don't know about. It's just possible that instead of being in favor of letting child molesters out on the streets, the judge had another reason for doing what he did.
By and large judges are interested in doing the right thing. Sometimes this means doing more than just mindlessly handing out longer and longer sentences.
BTW, what exactly do you mean when you ask if we should "target" judges like this?

The decide on the case is from Vermont a state the position liberals rule, is maximum states he would are turning out to be life, yet in Vermont, Wyoming, Massachuetts, and Maine, the guidelines are very lax and the Judges do not care. the nice and cozy temperature is on decide Watters for what he did, yet maximum likely no longer some thing will come of it.

Because it is viewed as crime with no victim. The child is too traumatized to tell how badly it affected them until much later in life.
No victim, no need to punish.
Our laws date from a time where children, were replaceable. If it(the child) dies we can always get another.
