when it is made into a gas it causes severe burns. It has caused many deaths in the past because people and/or animals have inhaled it. It has caused millions of dollars in property damge and has rendered entire cities uninhabitable. It is readily available to terroists, yet the government does nothing to ban it. Don't you think something should be done about it?

This is actually kind of funny. They did the same thing to us in Karbala last year... AFTER it became evident that the base there was going away, the local s**t disturbers started yelling VERY LOUDLY that the "U.S. MUST GO"!!!... then these same people would stand on the rooftops yelling about how THEY were responsible for running off the Americans.

Anyone who watches the news (Fox or CNN) can see that we are reducing our presence as we planned on doing all along and slowly replacing our troops (and coalition troops) with Iraqis... as it should be. Now you have the enemy offering "an olive branch" of sorts "IF" we leave in 2 yrs.... the world can plainly see we will have withdrawn the majority of our troops in that period of time.

I tried to understand the logistics of this from the USPS website but I was confused. Can a first class stamp be used on any kind of normal size envelope? On the website it said something about a minimum size, which didn't make sense to me. How much faster is the mail delivered with a first class stamp? Are there any other restrictions on use that I should know about?
(i am trying to mail a letter to someone in Boot Camp and I know the regulations on mail are VERY specific)

My father-in-law and I have been arguing about this for a while. I knew that the US did not have an official language. Recently, it came up again, and he said that it finally did pass, and that English is now our official language. Is this true?

I just did a poll on Hillary Clinton as a presidential candidate for 2008 and one of the questions asked whether her being a female would make it more likely or less likely for people to vote for her. I found this interesting and wanted to see what others thought.

As a socitey why are we so concerend about not offending anyone? We go out of our way "just so someone won't be offended." But when we keep going out of our way are we not just offending more people. Our society is vastly different. With so many differences in religions, opinions and thousands of other things should we not be more concered with eliminating ignorance than trying not to offend someone.

I'm extremely concerned that our country is facing total chaos in the near future via the abundant corruption within our current government. I would much rather see US citizens vote for Independents, Libertarians, and or themselves, instead of so-called politicians with D's and R's following their last names.

that US Intel. warned Goerge DubYa and his staff that no credible evidence supported any WMD findings, at that time! Yet he, and all of the members of his staff, specifically mentioned WMD;s in Iraq, using terms like "weapons of mass death, mushroom clouds, etc." seemingly to frighten people to allow him to invade Iraq anyway!
Knowing that this war had been planned for almost a decade, as declassified documents clearly pointed out, how do you feel about his leadership, or lack thereof, and how do his supporters justify his lies to the American people?
