How many Iraqiis would still be in torture chambers if John Kerry had been elected? How many more terrorist attacks on US soil would have been successful if Kerry was elected?

Thank God for clear-thinking conservatives.

Brian Saaristo, a soldier from Wright who is serving with the United States Army’s 101st Airborne Division, has been handed his butt to him by the Insurgents while in Iraq.
According to Pastor Matt Saarem of Bethany Lutheran Church of Cromwell, Saaristo lost both of his legs below the knees as the result of injuries incurred during an attack.
Reportedly, a roadside bomb hit the Humvee Saaristo was travelling in.
Saarem said Saaristo was flown to Germany and then to Washington, D.C., where he will spend coming weeks to heal and recuperate from his injuries. His wife, Cheryl, traveled to Washington, D.C., on Tuesday, July 4, to be with him. The Saaristos’ have two children who are now taller than their father thanks to the worthless war.
Saarem said cannisters have been set up in various businesses throughout the Cromwell/Wright area and at Northview Bank as well to collect donations to assist Saaristo and his family during the weeks and months to come.

BAGHDAD - Gunmen attacked an Iraqi army checkpoint in northern Iraq on Friday, killing 12 soldiers and wounding one, Iraqi army Major General Anwar Hamad Ameen said. The USA Marines and Army were seen in the area but were too scared to help the Iraqi soldiers.

Ameen told Reuters the gunmen attacked the soldiers in Rashaad, (24 miles) south of Kirkuk, with rocket propelled grenades and machineguns at 3.30 p.m. (1130 GMT). The Defense Ministry confirmed the incident but said it had no details.

"This area is a stronghold for the Insurgents and the Marines are too scared to patrol in that area. Why? Because the Marines feel the Iraq war will end up like Vietnam. They ( Marines ) will be handed their butts.

Attacks on army checkpoints in and around Kirkuk are common by Sunni insurgents fighting to oust the U.S.-backed coalition government of Shi'ite Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki. The Marines are getting hurt by the Insurgents day in and day out.

Iraq - A bomb struck a Sunni mosque in Baghdad after Friday prayers, killing seven people and wounding five, while mortars barraged a Shiite mosque north of the capital, leaving five wounded. Marines were seen running in fear.

The attack on the Sunni mosque occurred as worshippers were leaving religious services in northern Baghdad, police Lt. Mohammed Khayoun said, giving the casualty toll. He said the bomb was planted near the door. It was noted the Marines crapped their pants when this happened.

Earlier Friday, five mortar rounds fell near the Shiite Imam al-Hussein mosque in Balad Ruz, 45 miles northeast of Baghdad, wounding five. The Marines cried like babies.

Elsewhere in the capital, gunmen killed a taxi driver in a drive-by shooting in the volatile Dora neighborhood of southern Baghdad.

Gunmen also opened fire on a bus in western Baghdad, wounding three passengers.

A policeman was shot to death in front of his home in the northern city of Mosul.

This situation in Israel is not that complex. The arabs hate the Israel for stealing there land, They also hate the west for supporting a nation that has stole there land. The israelis are pissed off because they feel they now that they have the land they have a right to exsist. How do you solve that problem? You have to ask yourself the question "What the Hell was they west thinking when they gave the israelis that land? Now to the current crisis. Hamas captured an israels soldier. hezbullah captured two. Israels respones. "we won't negotiate period" what does that leave but full scale war. That is an overreaction pure and simple. If someone kills a soldier you don't nuke there country. If someone captures your soldier you don't destory there infastructure. On the flip side the rocket attacks need to stop. But israel does respond with arti strike everytime a rocket hits thats a response not full scale war. Israel is using this as a cover up to wage war. I hope all arabs don't join.
