Immigration - December 2007

I came over here on a J-1 visitor exchange visa in June this year. My I-94 was due to expire in October. in september I applied for an extension of my visa- for it to be turned into a B1/2 visitor visa. However, I have not yet had a response from the government whether it has been approved, but I have decided to go back home to the UK. I dont have my origional 1-94 and I leave in 8 days. What should I do, I dont want to be banned from entering the US! please help me

I am 15 years old and in a few months I am living/studying in Russia. I wanted to know if it is possible for me to work in Russia. I am a citizen of United States but I am Estonian/Russian. I don't speak Russian very well so what do I do? I contacted the Russian Embassy today and they told me they didn't know.

The Goevernment and the rich companies that are paying the police to protect the illegals from the anti illegal protesters that don't want to see this country destroyed by the invasion of law breaking illegals from Mexico.

This could lead to a revolution or civil war if our police/government does nothing.

1) should we scream at our government the way we are screaming at the illegals?
2) Should NATO enforce our laws when this gets out of hand because our US police is a joke when it comes to enforcing laws?
3) Shoud we do nothing and let this country go down and end up like Mexico?

Lat's acknowledge racism is wrong & evil.Racism has alwasys been around.I study the world, read books about all different countries,travel, watch BBC news ect,ect.All races can be racist.Right now,in Malayasia ethnic Indians are protesting racism from ethnic Malays & Chinese Malays.Public Demonstrations are being held in the streets.Organizations like the Black panthers exist.Peple like dvid Duke,Jesse Jackson,Al shrpton,Louis Farrakhan are out there.In Fiji racism is directed toward ethnic East Indian Immigrants from the native Fijins.In Trinidad & Tobago (and Guyana)Ethnic tensions racism exsist bewtween Afro trinidadians & East indians Trinidadians.Then there's people like Kramer &the Black lady on the tyra banks show who is teaching her daughter to "Hate white people".What about the racism going on in Hawaii & the native hawaiins who hate non hawaiins (espeacilly whites)(only some are like that) why don't people tell the truth?anyrace can be racist.I've experienced racism.

It's frightening to think that people hold traditional values to such ridiculous high regard that one would kill their own daughter over these values, religious or otherwise.

How sad. Poor kid just wanted to fit in.

I work in the chemical industry as a planner. The foreign guys we have had in from the employment Agency we use have had far more application and interest in the job they are on. 2 Czech guys and another African guy. The locals we have used have been lazy basta###! No wonder why employers use immigrant staff. Right person in the right job and i could not give a monkeys whether they are black, gay, foreign or poor.

The BNP run with this sort of attitude, Brittish jobs for Brittish workers. Do they know half are lazy sods!
