My father died overseas a few months ago, and he had all his important documentation with him. We only found his passport but we need other documents of his.

Where could we get copies of his

drivers license
naturalization papers?

We only need a photocopy not a duplicate.

His original documents were probably stolen. We need those documents to show the US embassy over there.

You should have been given his personal belongings. You can't get a duplicate license for a deceased person. You can get copies of his naturalization papers from the INS.
