I would like to go and live in india. But i would like to know if there is any reason i why i would have to return to the uk. I am planning to set up a business there. And would like to know for security reasons, if i would have to leave or i am unable to stay for a long period of time.

So my family registered for a green card under my mom first, but it got rejected. We registered again under my dad, and we got a green card interview. We waited for 5 hours in the interview because apparently, the guy who reviewed our files got confused and reviewed my mom's files instead of my dad's. So now he said he'll re-review and send us a mail on getting our fingerprint. After that, he said we need to send it in to Nebraska for final review. Did we lose our chance to get it? Because I heard this means most likely being denied of getting our green cards. Please help!

how is it, that I pay taxes as a citizen in the US, and those very steep, very handicapping taxes that have me struggling every week, go to pay for people that dont even reside here permanently? I cant get **** because i make 800 a month after taxes. 200 a week. So, a tank of gas, -50. Food for a week, -75. 75 bucks. a week. left. Guess i wont eat so i can pay rent. How does that work? Their own citizens are going hungry to pay them 1/4 of their checks while people who broke into this place get 150 a month for food, 200 for cash, and free rent?

Why do they have to come here illegally and not have health exams, and English competency? From what I understand coyotes will charge 2,000 to 5,000 for EACH Mexican and someone coming from Central America will be charged upwards of 50,000...so, why don't they come here legally?

I want to travel back to my country for 2 months. so when I take a test to become US citizen, they'll subtract 2 months from 5 years, right? It likes I will have an interview on 10/30/09, but because I left the US for 2 months, so my interview will be on 12/30/09. Is that right or you guys have any source I can reference. Did you know the majority of serial killers,rapists,and child molesters are white males?Should we send them back to Europe?Of coarse I know this question is stupid even though it is fact.The reason why I put it this way is so people can understand why its stupid every time an illegal gets in trouble to use that as an illegal immigrant issue.Sorry folks, its a human issue everybody commits crime even white people.

Instead of attempting to deport or keep out all the Mexicans who are coming to America.... why don't we just make them citizens? The most common complaint I hear is that they make money here without paying taxes. If they were citizens, wouldn't they be on record as being required to pay taxes just like anyone else?

Ok I know what you're thinking.Gee Spazz what are ya up to now? Well my friends I got kinda bored & I decided to do some research on what the majority of Americans want to do about illegal immigration.And I found these polls.The majority of them say that most Americans want some sort of legalization IF illegals learn English,pay taxes,and have been here for a few years.I would have even more but I excluded any polls from Latino based sites.

Ok I know what you're gonna say next.
"You used biased polls from La Raza!!!!"
NO I got my polls from sites like Angus-Reid ,who also has polls that say most Americans want English as our official language[totally agree]

OR you'll say
"Well how come we defeated the amnesty bill? 80% of Americans hated it."
Well for starters 46% of Americans disproved of the bill & 15% of the 46 thought the bill was too harsh on illegals.Plus the bill got a lot of bad press in the news by senators that don't even know the meaning of amnesty.

Ok, i was born in Mexico, but my mom brought me here to the states when i was 5, it was not my choice and she had to do it because i had an abusive father who tried to kill her several times.


Now, i'm gonna be a senior and i want to go to college, but can't because i'm not a citizen.

I've been going to pre-college since the 6th grade, and got a 28 on the ACT. My IQ is 156.

Any ideas on what to do, i really wanna go to college.

you complain that you have to press 1 for English? Do you often get depressed or suicidal because you have to press 1 for English? Do you have too much time to worry about things like that?

I was born in the UK over forty years ago. My mother was American but my dad was still a UK citizen at the time of my birth. I came to America with my mother when I was six weeks old, and my father soon joined us. My parents had to file for something to give me US citizenship and I needed to show this paper work when I joined the US Air Force in 1980. (My recruiter said if I didn't provide the paper work, they would have to deport me!)
Since then I've lost it along with my UK birth certificate, and my parents have both passed away. I don't even know what the paper work I had was called, much less where I could go to get it replaced. Can someone tell me what's the best way for me to prove I'm American?

am i the only person who thinks that amnesty = a terrible idea?
I know it would take a while but we got some time, why can't we follow the law we have now and make businesses who hire illegals subject to the law...what a novel idea right?

you see if you make them legal they won't have to work the shitty jobs anymore and then they can get the good jobs. they can get college scholarships and qualify for other government programs...such as...gasp..welfare..which we know most of these bloodsuckers will utilize.
most of the illegals over here are the illiterate and poor from mexico..not their upstanding citizens. Unfortunately the upstanding ones are in the waiting line to get in this country the legal way.

If we did, maybe our government as well as Mexico would take notice of the fact that we are fed up with the illegal problem. I say, don't take vacations in Mexico, don't buy products made in Mexico, and don't do business with anyone who hires illegal immigrants.

I think if we are going to waste time and money on fighting petty marijuana charges then why grant illegals amnesty? We could save the time and money and secure the borders and protect our country and economy if we spent time on real matters. Im not a POT HEAD by any means but, marijuana isnt any more dangerous to the user and the public than boos and tabacco. I know why its illegal but moonshine was once the same way lets move on now and fight a differant war and make another a bit easier.

Lately, I've heard a lot of crap from Hispanic supremacists about them taking their land back (the southwest states). As an american, I would proudly show them what happens when states try to break away (see civil war). I keep reading posts about how these heroes are "nutcases," "racist" and radicals that hate Mexicans. One even went as far as to claim they were stealing money from the organization. All these things are lies and these hateful people are really nasty.

Are these just pro-amnesty people that don't want to look at the facts about how the illegal aliens are destroying our country?

I have three fingers scared by fire as the result of an accident and it caused me many problems to get my finger prints accepted for my green card I'm wondering since its been over three months since my biometrics were taken if I will hear something only if they are refused because of the scars or if I will get an answer also if they are accepted??

I've gotta come to the defense of the white folks on here who are not racist. All I see is whites getting called racial slurs for being against Illegal Immigration.

My question is, do you not know that its NOT only white people in America who oppose illegal immigration? Thing is, you yell about racism, yet when a White, Black , Asian or NON Mexican speaks out against it without even calling Mexicans names, you attack their culture with racial slurs. Hypocrites? of course. Youtube is a prime example.
