It has to be very clear ~~ illegals should be deported back to their countries, and businesses that hired then should face consequences which is $250,000 penalty.

It is disgusting that legals and citizens cannot find any jobs and have to collect welfare, while businesses employ illegals for penny on a dollar and only think of their profit but not obeying the Law of the Land they live on.

BOTH BUSINESSES AND ILLEGALS MUST BE PROSECUTED!!!

Well as a person who works around them all day, I'm a bit one sided. So here it goes.

1. There here illegally and companies who hire them need to be fined. Say about 12 million per person they hire, they go under serves them right. I'd bet it would only take a few then the point would hammer home.

2. these people don't speak English, it's what we speak. I have no clue how to talk to them, and they cannot talk to me.
I live in Colorado. The law is hard to not follow, see, or understand. English is what we speak, and no company can hire illegal people to work for them.

3. We the taxpayers are out a lot of money every year to support these people.

4. I say send them back! We should close this country to all, who want to come here. If that don't work maybe we should shot a few.

When an employer hires an ILLEGAL ALIEN CRIMINAL, the employer should be put in jail. The ILLEGAL should be deported. If the job market drys up the illegals will self deport!

Please don't use the insulting term "undocumented." They are criminals for breaking the law. Undocumented sounds like they have done nothing wrong and they are only missing a piece of paper!

They , along with their employers, need to be charged with violation of our immigration laws. The illegals should be deported and be permenantly disqualified from applying for American citizenship as punishment for their crime and the employers should lose any government funding and be disqualified from applying for or receiving any tax incentives until they are in compliance with the immigration laws. A list of these companies should be made easily available so Americans can decide whether to boycott their products until the company complies with all immigration laws.

What do think is going to happen to inflation...when all these so called Americans start doing the jobs the illegals have been doing....are they going to demand higher pay? And as crops rot in the fields waiting for these happy Americans to show up and work what will happen to food prices...Are all of you educated people going to run off and work to fill the needs presented by our society...I don't think so. Ya...lets get rid of the people willing to do the hard work, and fill the positions with our educated youth that look forward to making millions as per the American dream. I think the businesses should be punished and pay a fine.

Apparently we can't keep them from coming in, but we can take away the incentive. The employer is the last step of being able to check.

We should BOYCOTT the companies that hire them. Do you know if there is a list on the web of these companies?. I hear that Tyson Chicken is one.
