I would like to go and live in india. But i would like to know if there is any reason i why i would have to return to the uk. I am planning to set up a business there. And would like to know for security reasons, if i would have to leave or i am unable to stay for a long period of time.

Contact the Indian Embassy in your country and know what are the requirements to permanently stay thereat.
