Another problem is that he is legally married in Trinidad (separated 15 years). How does he get a divorce while here. His Trini lawyer said it was easier and faster to do it from here. yea i was wondering about that, because i know a guy who is in 11th grade and had been here in Texas for the longest, knows perfect English and is on the verge of becoming a senior in high school and graduating. Its not his fault he is here undocumented because it wasn't his will to come here in the first place seeing as to he was very little and had no opinion back then. is there somewhere to get help or something like that, i know nothing of this and would like ur say on this matter. it would be a pity to let such a hard working student to let go to waste.

Then why don't we launch surgical missile strikes against all the businesses, organizations, clubs and communities that fly dozens of flags from all over the world?

Why didn't we throw the Olympic Commission into Gitmo for committing treason in Salt Lake in 2002?

Please, people: if you don't want liberty for everyone else and yourself, why do you even LIVE in the U.S.A.?
There are so many countries that only allow THEIR flag, and don't take the kind of crap that you're complaining about!
SO MOVE THERE!

With all the trouble with the food supply and all the recalls on food, do you think it has to do with immigrant workers not being able to work the fields and American workers being lazy on checking the safety of the food supply?

The Mexicans here in the USA and in Mexico are saying that the only reason they are poor is because the USA have kept them poor. They are also saying that the conditions of Mexico is thanks to the bad decisions of the American government.... AND... is very racist to build a wall between our two nation because then the Mexicans can't come to work to the USA. The wall, they say is not a barrier for them because they will make holes and still come to the USA. AND... the Americans should be very proud of the illegal Mexicans because of their work the USA is what it is today. Do you all believe this !!

Mexico's Congress has condemned what it says is a border violation by US workers building a controversial barrier between the two countries.
Legislators say workers and equipment building a section of the barrier have gone 10 metres (yards) into Mexico.

The alleged border violation comes ahead of a high-level meeting in the Canadian capital Ottawa.

US, Mexican and Canadian foreign ministers are to discuss border security and trade issues.

Mexican legislators said they had photographs and video, taken on Monday, of the workers and heavy-duty construction equipment that showed them about 10 metres inside Mexico near the border city of Agua Prieta and the town of Douglas, Arizona.

The Mexican Foreign Minister Patricia Espinosa said she had complained to the US authorities and that the men and equipment had been withdrawn.

Continental trade concerns

In a statement, the US Ambassador to Mexico Tony Garza said: "The US is sensitive to Mexican concerns... [and] has the deepest respect for the integrity of the sovereignty of Mexican soil".

He said US Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff had not been in the area of the alleged incursion and recent photographs of him welding a section of the fence had been taken in a different part of Arizona on the US side of the border.

The US says it is building 700 miles (1,125km) of fencing along its border with Mexico to stop illegal immigration.

Many Mexicans see the fence as offensive and say it will be ineffective and potentially cause more deaths in border crossings.

An estimated 1.2 million illegal immigrants were arrested in 2005 trying to cross into the US via the border states of Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California.

About 11 million Mexicans are thought to live in the US, more than six million of them illegally.

Later on Friday, US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice is meeting her Canadian and Mexican counterparts - Peter Mackay and Patricia Espinosa - in Ottawa.

They are to discuss concerns that security measures put in place after the 11 September 2001 attacks on the US may hamper trade between the three countries.

The officials will also look at co-ordinating responses to emergencies such as a pandemic outbreak of avian flu.

Mexico has some of the worst immigration laws there is we as americans cannot apply for medical fiscal or food benefits there if we are not citizens and they are even harsher to their southern bordering countries. they also do not provide legal assistance to any crimes that may have been commited by an illegal alien there or if they do provide one they delay the proceedings for years while they rot in jail yet come to the usa and demand help and hand outs. what is the deal ?

What I want to do is bring the baby here to the US to live with us but everything I found is costly and lengthy in process. Does anyone know have any information that might help. The mother is willing to sign guardianship papers or a power of attorney.
