You promised when you arrived on your VWP that you would leave within 90 days. If you don't you are a liar and not trustworthy. Not a good way to start out your new life in a new country is it?

Stay and the computer will generate a report listing you as an overstay (ie immigration violator) and the immigration officer adjudicating your claim will know.

Since the visitor visa is already expiring and the fiancee visa is not yet approved, you must return first to Ireland.

You must return to Ireland before your visa expires. Otherwise, you will have big problems trying to re-enter the US on any visa!
