Maby the reason we have so many illegal immigrants is becuase they have to waite years and years for them to become 'legal'citizens if they do it the right way. So why doesn't the govt make legal immigration alot faster and easier? Then maby ppl would not mind coming here legally, and 'illegal' immigration would decrease?

And most say things like "Oh no I'm not a racist.." or "I have no problem with them if they are here legally..", but sometimes I wonder if deep down inside they just dislike immigrants of color and Hispanics in general regardless if they are legal or not.

I just read an article in Yahoo news stating Bank of America is giving Credit Cards to Illegal Immigrants. Thats fine. But in the story they say that Banks have been giving Illegal Immigrants Checks and Mortgages. Where are they buying the houses? WHere are they getting the money to afford houses? Isn't anyone afraid they may be deported?

We will christianize all, that don't believe in our cause!

The Reconquista (English: Reconquest) was the process encompassing over seven and a half centuries, by which the Christian kingdoms of northern Hispania (modern Portugal and Spain) conquered the Iberian peninsula from the Muslim and Moorish states of Al-Ándalus. The Umayyad conquest of Hispania from the Visigoths occurred during the early 8th century, and the Reconquista is commonly considered to have begun almost immediately in 722, with the Battle of Covadonga, and completed in 1492, with the Conquest of Granada.

In 1236 the last Muslim stronghold of Granada under Mohammed ibn Alhamar was subjugated by Ferdinand III of Castile, and Granada became a vassal state of the Christian kingdom for the next 250 years. On January 2, 1492, the last Muslim ruler, Abu 'abd Allah Muhammad XII (also known as Boabdil of Granada), surrendered to Ferdinand and Isabella, Los Reyes Católicos ("The Catholic Monarchs"). This resulted in the creation of united Roman Catholic nation encompassing most of modern day Spain. Navarre remained separate until 1512.

The Portuguese Reconquista culminated in 1249 with the subjugation of Algarve by Afonso III.

Hi. I got married in Egypt last year. It became apparent he married me for visa to USA. but prior to my realization, i got pregnant and made a petition for him to come to usa on immigration visa. currently i am in the usa, had the baby and withdrew the petition but the us consulate in cairo has yet to return his passports. He is threatening me via internet to put me in jail and take my child and other things. He is demanding the birth certificate and he will grant me a divorce. He seems to care more about the papers than the child. I just want to end this. How can u amicably separate from one who saw used marriage as a tool for travel? Are there any agencies that can help me? I have tried to call immigration and DOS but no one knows where to send me.
