My fiancee is from iraq he wants to come here in our country, he's worried maybe our country will not allow iraque people to enter... I need some anwer from it so that he will not be worry.

I understand that last year we gave twice as many visas to Iraqis as we did the year before.
HOWEVER, I also understand that the processing of a background check can be slower if a person has a name similar to someone of interest, for obvious reasons.
Even with that, 2ce as many visas were given out last year than the year before, however.
