And does anyone know how to get a smuggler to lower his fee? I am stuck at the border with 4 illegals. The smuggler wants $ 1000 . I offered him $ 925 but he said corn prices increased. How do I get him to lower his fee? I tryed the truck or car but he say's to many before me also asked this.How do you find another smuggler ? What are the best areas to try?

Yes yell racist and jump the border,go to your nearest foodbank,and get 2 point,then go to your local wefare office 2 more points,but the best way to get point is to drop an anchor baby,if you do that your home free.
