Only if you have a green card or work permit visa. My husband who is British had to obtain a green card to move here, and either of those mentioned is required to obtain a Social Security number and that is required to obtain a job in the USA. Good luck!

Not legally. If you get a student visa you may get a dispensation for a part time job while studying. If an American employer wants to employ you and can make a case with immigration that "no American could do this job" (this is not as strict as it sounds) you can get a working visa.

No, you can't!I mean you can when you obtain a work permit!But just with your Brit pass, no you can't!
