Depends. What country are you from, and where is she from and what country do you want to go to?

Vishal. Dunia is very vishal. Any 1 can marry in any country. You can come to your country at any time. Marriage and visa of spouse both are not easy.

yes, you should get married legally in the third country (one should go to the embassy in that country and register)then it is possible for you to take him/her to your country
