Immigration - January 2007

For one year starting the 23rd Jan, all airline passengers will be required to have a passport to go in and out of Canada, US and Mexico. In 2008, a passport will be required for all persons travelling between the three countries....will this help, hurt, or is it the thing to do?

Since Bush took office we've had an increase in illegal immigration. About 8.5 million illegals, at least 90% of whom are destitute or were when they came, have come. During the same period the number of poor people in the US increased by about 1/3 that amount.

So if you do the math, there are actually fewer poor Americans than there were, just more poor Mexicans in America. Poor Americans are actually moving up - just being replaced more than 1 for 1 with poor foreigners who hope to likewise move up.

Whether you think it's good or bad that they come, can't we all agree that while more poor people coming here might be an indictment of Bush's border policy, the fact that they outnumber 3-1 the increase in poor people is not an indictment but a testament to the success of his economic policy?

Our politicians are contemplating the “illegal surrender” of the sovereignty of the United States of America to Mexico!

They know by legalizing the illegal aliens, the Mexican population will exceed the American people’s population in a matter of years! They have been told on the Senate floor by the Heritage Foundation and Senator Jeff Sessions.

Therefore by the politicians giving the illegal aliens citizenship and legal rights. The politicians are knowingly and willfully putting the Mexican people in the majority of the population of the U.S. and with their Votes, the Mexicans will come to be the Political Power of The United States!

I'm trying to plan a vacation outside the U.S. I am a legal resident, but now my U.S. citizenship status is pending. Does anyone know if I can leave the country while this process is pending? Or do I have to wait 'til it's "all said and done" before I can go anywhere???

We don't have enough troops for our war. Many young men and women want to become a part of our country. I believe that if any eligible young man or woman wants to be an American bad enough to fight for our country, we should welcome them to our ranks as much as we would anyone. I would personally buy a Mexican U.S. Marine a beer just as quickly as I would one from New Jersey.

U.S. citizens, not with special priviliges, but being treated as an equal without special rights. Love us or leave us! What are your thought? Am I wrong to say I am proud to be an American or I live in America, or do I have to be afraid that I may offend someone from a different country who is living here profiting from our tax dollers?. I try my best to be a honest American and I seem to get slammed and slapped around by this government while illegal alien live better here then in there own country. Easy enough to stop.
Just bio-chip everyone in the US and bio-chip everyone who comes here.
No chip no entry.
For those holidaying a temporary chip ( like a tag) is provided and fitted at the airport, then removed as they leave to board the planes.
For the rest of us it is inserted permanently.
Found without a chip, deported back to your country of origin, if that cannot be proved, then chain gang time, or go to any country will take you.
It means that we give up some of our personal freedoms, but we would be secure in the Knowledge that all in this country are American citizens, resident aliens or invited guests.
Still wouldn’t have stopped Tim Mcveigh though, but we can deal with our own.

That sounds about right to me & i think even more than that cuz if u divide 35 by 50 states, it would be around 700,000 per State of illegals which does not sound right cuz my State of Virgina has at least 2 mil.
If Amnesty law should pass, how in hell would the USCIS be able to cop with all of them & the legal ones who followed the law & waiting in line ?

My opinion: Barack Obama is a Hollywood wanna be. Hillary Clinton is a wishy washy & always sits on the fence watching what the polls say first(no back bone). John Kerry we all know he is a flip floper & especially when insulted the men & women in the military by calling them not bright to make it in College.

I believe the US media is controlled by corrupt big business with the agenda of manipulating, and surpressing facts regarding the illegal alien invasion of the United States. I believe it is the liberal mass media that supresses facts about the thousands of American citizens murdered every year by illegal aliens while at the same time giving us a day by day count of deaths in Iraq.
