Immigration - October 2006

I have been staying in Italy part of our so called COMMON MARKET, but have returned to the UK and am trying to claim Jobseekers allowance, it is being delayed because I have to put that I am returning into the country! I was born in the UK I have UK parents, I have worked most of my adult life in the UK, paid taxes etc and feel I am being treated worse than an illegal immigrant!

given that the US' border with Mex is about 2000-mile long and the fence they're building is only about 700-mile long, are the minutemen going to hold hands across the remaining length of the border to seal the US off? It should work, seeing as the average weight of the minutemen is about 205lbs. Agreed?

you met me in the mall you would'nt even know because i speak proper english and i look like an average black woman. another thing that hurts me is how some folks talk about these poor children born of illegal alien parent's like my children who's father is a born american citizen and yet that still does'nt matter because here i am all the way in belize far from my babies whom i love dearly. Another thing is it's not that easy to get a green card so dont believe every thing you hear on tv i can't get a green card or so they tell me because my children's father has been to prison before so now what am i supposed to do i dont want my children to grow up here in belize because they deserve to have a good education and a better life thats there right as a us citizen so can some one come up with any ideas. to all you ignorant people how would you feel if the shoe was on the other foot???????

On nov 19th she has the right to apply for a UK passport! I don't want this to happen, 1.She moved out the other week :-) 2.I'm filing for a divorce.She was only in it for the passport. Please help!!!

it's been almost 5 years since the war on terror started. The only reason this fence along the southern border will be built is because of illegal immigrants, it has nothing to do with possible terrorism. Our northern border will get ignored and it may take another 5 years before we see anything done to it. Illegals enter America throught the northern border, southern border and shores. We have been at war with Terror for 5 years and at war with Iraq almost 4 years. Why then, when the war on terror was announced did the borders not get secured? Only after many complaints about illegals is something being done. Maybe the Terrorist are a Scare tactic of Bush. Blind sheep will follow each other to the slaughter.

california since the age of 4 now my 4 kids are over in california and i'm all the way in belize and it hurts because i dont even know what my baby boy whom i left when he was only 6 weeks old looks like is there anything i can do to get back to my kids. please help i miss my kids sooooooo much.

If they worked or lived with them all their life like I did they would see they are no better than US citizens in work ethic or morality..in fact they are worse because they are all automatic criminals.
Do liberals really care about these people or is it just a way to stick it to conservatives and get votes from illegals in fraudulent elections? Is amnesty this time just a way to get the former illegal vote?

I'd say U.S. citizens have every right to fight illegal immigration and the slow infiltration of those who are not loyal American citizens of the USA and do not have the best interest of our citizens in their 'plans'.

Here we go….seat down and relax cause this going to take a long time…I went to Africa for the first time (I was born there but lived in Europe almost all my life-since I was 4-I am now 32). What I notice in Africa is that they have all the things necessary to make their own living the only thing they need is FINANCIAL HELP. There is kids there….(yes kids because that is the area that I want to concentrate on).. that have the wheel power to study and be a future Engineer or Doctor but they simple cant because they do not have teachers to teach- the government does not pay the workers so how can they teach or do other works related with Education. In Medical area that is another disaster you can see people dying after your eyes just because of 5000 franc cefa which is no more than 6 pounds sterling UK money. * I know is very sad* but is the truth! The question I am trying to formulate is …there is any charity out there that is willing to help? Anywhere that someone knows that I could approach for this case because since I came from Africa I think I am failing those kids. I know I cannot change the world but if we could help each other maybe we will be living in a better World? What you guys think?

They may be called "American", but they are not "American" citizens of the "United States "OF" AMERICA".
