california since the age of 4 now my 4 kids are over in california and i'm all the way in belize and it hurts because i dont even know what my baby boy whom i left when he was only 6 weeks old looks like is there anything i can do to get back to my kids. please help i miss my kids sooooooo much.

Contact the US Embassy at your local town in Belize, and file a petition. also get in touch with a immigration lawyer this might be of great help. if you did not commit a major offense, they might be able to review the case being apealed, since your kids are still here and one is very young, you might get some consideration, unless you have major criminal records then your case is a shut case, besides that you still might get another chance to come back here, good luck to you, I hope you get to reunite with your kids soon. and to the previous people who answered this question, please be considerate and answering in a very rude way does not make you a better person, if you can not say something good or help in any way just don't say anything at all.

NOt sure Sorry maybe read up on some things you can do there may be a way to get a work visa or student visa but you will have to work fast people are not feeling very sorry for other people who are not leagal right now

Youve been in CA since 4 years of age, who took you there and how old are you now and why did you not apply for USA citizenship after ten years there ? My brother did apply after 10 years living there( mind you he entered the USA legally ! ), he is now a citizen there, has American kids and has lived there for nearly 40 years, having lost his British accent completely ! what happened in your case ? Interesting. ANYWAY! whats wrong with Belize, very popluar place now, beautiful country loads of Americans are moving to Belize now, right there on the Caribbean coast.Maybe thats why they sent you home, FREE !

Why were you deported? Obviously, you broke the law or you would still be here- sounds like you could probably be with your kids right now if you had been an upright citizen.

Try to contact your government official to help, so you can be reunited with children. Or try to find not for prifit organization here in the US to help you as well to make enough noise about your case.

start over...find out why the US gov't deported you...and then ask how you can fix it...sounds like you were here illegally and you will have to follow the rules next time
