That's what you get if you ask me. Shouldn't have married a woman for a trade, it's sick. P.S. you lose. Good for her. She used you big time how does it feel for the shoe to be on the other foot? Same thing you were most likely doing to her. And if i'm wrong, then why then would you not want her to have a passport?

I watched a program the other day about these women from the East.. conniving marys.. quickly take advice and make it known to the Home services that you believe the marriage was a sham for the purposes of a passport. That should at least delay it.

How long have you been married ? Your "wife" has "indefinite leave to remain", but she still has a long time to go for that passport buddy! like 5 years befor she can be considered a Citizen and she also has to give on oath to be a good U.K citizen, you can "jacknife" her plans right now as the marriage can be deemed a "marriage of convenience" or "residency marriage" and she will be stuck, go see the CAB ASAP and talk to the home office as well, they are HOT on it now.

It is not worth your time and your money, let it go, there is really nothing you can do if she is already eligible for the passport. Get over it and be careful next time.
