Immigration - July 2006

How can I verify if someone is a U.S. citizen? Is there a database of some sort or a number that I can call? I have tried searching on Google but couldn't find anything. I would like to verify it myself instead of just asking the person to show me a passport. Thanks.

They should go back home! they are taking our jobs! they should be required by law to speak the language!
I am so sick of people always being so unfair about this issue.
I wish for one day, all of those who throw the stones, could be in that persons shoes. What would you do if you were poor, and your country's economy was horrible, how would you survive? if you couldn't get a descent job that paid what you need to feed your kids? what if you had a degree and couldn't even take advantage of it because there were no opportunities?
If you could go to another country where the people seem like angels and the land looks like heaven, give hope to the people you love. a chance for a better life..you wouldn't do it??

why don't we make USA part of Mexico since they are always trying to cross into mexico

i take pride in my country and i hate it when americans cross into mexico.

so why don't we just turn the usa into mexico so they will stop coming over here!

if you are so truley against invaders taking over someone else's land, then doo the following:

get the heck out of texas, california, arizona, new mexico, and a bunch of the south because all that belonged to the mexicans before americans came and stole it

next, move out of america period since all that belonged to the indians before the british came and stole it

don't have double standards. if you are truely anti-illegal, then you should be anti-yourself if you live in america or the south of america

a lot of white people (no discrimination, just truth) stole too much land from someone who rightfully owned it already. so don't complain when it starts happening to you.

You can't have it both ways - either America is sovereign, or illegal immigration is a human rights issue.

I, for one, affirm America is sovereign, therefore immigration is not a human rights issue.

Why don't you fight for human rights where you came from? Why do you pro-illegal repeat what people in your government lied to you about only America has human rights for citizens?

Why don't all you anti-immigrants put yourself in an illegal persons situation? You don't know any better because you haven't lived what they have. The US is not a poor, corrupt, hypocrite riden government where you have no real say in politics. Visas are not easily obtained in Mexico. Here's an idea: I challege you, the anti- immigrant to become a citizen of Mexico, or just live there for one year, without any US resources and try to make a living. I dare you.

A study of law earlier especially out west!
When Outlaws would come to town- the women folk would hide -yes hide. When Outlaws walked around decent men had to step aside. Because the point of a gun was the only law many understood. When it came to shooting straight and fast-many were very good.
Out of the East came a man with a law book in his hand. The kind of a man the west would need who could tame a trouble land.
It is an old song but very true. Law swept across the west because lawlessness was so prevalent. And the laws were supported by the people for protection.

Do you see why laws were important? Do we need laws-would you rather just go back-wards and all pack guns? Or would we all be nice is that what you think? Or should we just follow some as it pleases you?
To Illegals this might hurt you-I understand but you do see that laws have a purpose don't you? I have to support them. Do what you must.

Talking with the one's I know. They have said that "Mexicans don't come here to become Americans they come here for a better life". In my opinion you'd have to be blind not to see that this is an invasion.
Anyone in Southern States who deal with this problem daily please give me your thoughts.
Also if any are in foreign countries any thoughts as to immigration problems you face.

I guess this isn't the best place to display all my problems, but when it feels like you're desperate, alone and with no allies, you do whatever crazy thing pops up in your head. Such is the case with me.

Can I apply for asylum in some place like Canada to aviod a future of being dominated and abused by evil tyrants who keep me on a short leash? The details ar long and painful. Maybe I'll blog them. I have no resources and experience periodic psychological and physical abuse. My parents have prevented me from moving out by manipulating or dictating my money and other resources. I could take out a freakin' huge student loan and move into some cheap place, but that can't happen until november and I'm scared as ---- now! If I leave here, I have a shot at something, bu tif I stay, the future is worse than death. I have begged God to kill me for years.

This is no joke.

Or is it that your pride has gotten in the way? I see an awful lot of Americans doing the things that you say the "Illegals" are doing.Yes our prisons are full,Of all nationalities. If I can be accused of some awful things by an "illegal" and am at this time spending a lot of money and time to stay out of Prison trying to prove something I did'nt do.
