I guess this isn't the best place to display all my problems, but when it feels like you're desperate, alone and with no allies, you do whatever crazy thing pops up in your head. Such is the case with me.

Can I apply for asylum in some place like Canada to aviod a future of being dominated and abused by evil tyrants who keep me on a short leash? The details ar long and painful. Maybe I'll blog them. I have no resources and experience periodic psychological and physical abuse. My parents have prevented me from moving out by manipulating or dictating my money and other resources. I could take out a freakin' huge student loan and move into some cheap place, but that can't happen until november and I'm scared as ---- now! If I leave here, I have a shot at something, bu tif I stay, the future is worse than death. I have begged God to kill me for years.

This is no joke.

You would have to contact the Canadian embassy and apply for asylum, after stating your case. (you could also apply to other countries as well, UK, Germany, France, etc...)

If you are from the US, you would probably have a hard time getting asylum. (Most US citizens are not trying to flee the country for fear of death). If your in that much trouble, call the police. If you are from another country, and you don't trust the police, then apply for asylum. Keep applying until you get it.

You don't say what age you are, and why you'll have to wait until November .. however, nobody should have to go through these things on his/her own ... contact the authorities, there is plenty of help for you .. no more talk about death or killing, you'll get through this ... there IS help! Applying to emigrate is not a solution in the short term ... these things take time whether you are accepted or not, and you need help NOW!!

As this is no joke, it's ostensible that you are in the states. You should call the 9 line, 1-800-999-9999.

Contact the nearest rape, crisis, and/or domestic violence service in your area immediately. If you are being abused there are safe houses that they can place you in until you get on your feet. Good luck. They will help you.
