Addressing your question, wise, Yes, consistent with American tradition, Definitely, Brave, Noble and Honourable, Definitely!
If someone breaks into your house they have committed a crime, if you photograph the act that is self defense…If you are attacked for taking evidence of their crime that is citizen involvement (see citizens arrest). No vigilante here, just a minimum two count felon caught in the act! Blame falls on the now two count felon not the one that has evidence of the crime! ( Hadenough yet? )
Citizen involvement and defense of self and country are…I will have to ask Art who in B.A.R.B.A.R.A. equates that to a messiah complex?

I respect the Minutemen because they've had enough and have finally decide to do something about it. The fact that the federal government chooses to look the other way is reprehensible. These are ordinary citizens who are doing the right thing. The Minutemen are doing something the liberal media has tried to do for years: raise awareness. By getting the word out on how innocuous the government is at enforcing its own laws, perhaps there will be impetus to act. AT least we can only hope...

I think the Minutemen are our only option at this time since the government isn't doing enough. Our Southern border is the weakest part of our national security. People break our laws daily coming into our country illegally on foot. The Minutemen are needed to slow down this illegal activity. There will be confrontations.

I've personally been thinking of joining them, my only hesitation is the border is 3-4 hours away.

It's a good question. I probably wouldn't do what the minutemen do, but on the other hand, if Americans see Americans being physically harmed by illegals or their traffickers enough times, the balance will shift away from sympathy for the migrants.

The amount of illegals are more than our trained personnel can handle...sooner or later the USA will get tired enough to push them back where they belong.

That's the risk you take for having a Messiah Complex. Trouble is messiahs haven't done their job unless they expire.
