I posted this question earlier, admittedly too long and confusing. I actually heard this exchange with my own ears. This is a direct question from Laredo Sheriff Rick Flores to TX Congressman Henry Cuellar, and Cuellar's response. Please note that Sheriff Rick Flores is a constituent of Congressman Cuellar, and possibly one of the people who voted him into office. Also note the derision and disrespect the congressman directs at Sheriff Flores.

FLORES: I want to ask the congressman, who is he representing, President Calderon or his district here in Laredo, Texas, where we haven`t received any resources at the local level to be able to combat the problems on the border?

Why is it every time the US goes to war , the other sides casualties { be it soldier or civilian } mean very little to the American people ? This war on terror is the same - the US grieves for its soldiers but not the " other " sides dead . I believe if people actually understood life and death they would be grieving for both sides and not just perceiving them as the " enemy " - there people too { and I am mainly talking about innocent people } who deserve a chance at life no more and no less then you do .

Anyone agree ?

Libertarianism is a political philosophy or a family of related political philosophies based on very strong support for individual liberty. Libertarians see protection of private property as essential for liberty and seek to minimize, as much as possible, the power of the state over individuals and their properties.

Say if the political landscape of the United States changes, and the citizens wish for a Dictator for life, or a socialist system, are they allowed to vote to disband the constitution, or can congress vote to disband it? I think we are far from ever reaching that point, and hopefully if it happens its when I am so long gone that I cant even be traceable in history, but could it feasibly happen, or is there a clause in the constitution that allows that to happen? I know there have been amendments, but can we totally disband the constitution?

Is there evidence of conflicts between Evangelicals and Gangs in El
Salvador? I'm looking for articles, books, web pages, etc., that
discuss anything along these lines: Gang opposition to Evangelical
outreach to gang members, Evangelicas involved in anti-gang politics
or anti-gang social work. Time is of the essence. Spanish or English are OK.
