Some United States presidential candidates are promoting a universal health care plan. When the social security system is going bankrupt and the Veteran's Administration Health System is a debacle and the United States is borrowing enormous sums of money from communist nations, how can the United States afford to fund a universal health care system. And will that system be as corrupt and bankrupt as other government agencies?

Some have argued the tension between decentralized power and centralized power continues to exist. Support this argument by explaining how one of the following demonstrates the continued tension.

GW was a cheerleader in high school. Trent Lott was a cheerleader. The current governor of Texas was a cheerleader at Texas A&M University. The next Governor of Texas, Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson, was a cheerleader at the University of Texas. What the hell? Is this some kind of popularity contest for the pretty people?

Iraq had consistently failed to comply with UNSC resolutions, committed crimes against humanity, (if not outright genocide). However, reasons given, e.g. WMD and links to terrorism and Al- Qaeda were fallacious.
This question is not about whether the war was justified or not, (I don't believe it was) - but whether it was or was not a breach of international law, and thereby 'illegal'.

The economy in the state of michigan is in a state of decline. People who represent the cities of michigan decide to raise taxes as the answer to recover a 9 billion dollar budget. Instead of having the people of michigan paying for or majority leaders of our cities mistake why can't they pay for the mistake they made since they are making a top dollar wage of $70-80,000 a year and still be decent enough to think about the people instead of think they will lose the jobs?

Job loss is number one in the states decline. Companies moving elsewhere. Yet you say education and training is the key thing to keeping the job. However you cut educational institution as well as Health care instutitutes having millions of people pay more than what they can earn? Who are you for ?Are you for yourself or for the people? I think our officials need to re-evaluate who they represent and how forefathers came to create a nation for the people.

This is in reference to Article 1 section 8 of the US Constitution! So all of you war mongers believe that you just start over again at the end of the two years! This would make the limit and cut off meaningless! The Constitution is the law of the land and it states that you can't fund armies longer than two years without an Amendment! Where is the court, and why isn't this being applied? Help me to understand why!

They said britain is meant to lead the way, but as climate change and other things have not really been touched, means were lagging way behind, I mean why would you even bother to say about wanting to help climate change when they going to use nuclear power, the government must think where that stupid that were not going to notice that all they do is lie and not really do anything with what they say in there lectures etc.

It does seme liek a good job though, when I grow up, I'm going to be a politician, we need more females on the bench, governemnt here I come, who knows, I might go now and be the first thirteen year old girl to be prime ministeress.

He never completed the real quote....I've read that it goes

fool me once, shame on you
fool me twice, shame on me

I believe that's what he meant in the true context

but he changed it to "fool me - you can't get fooled again"
which is a totally different meaning..
