Convince President Bush that it is a good thing to do.

There are a lot of diverse countries with intelligence organizations which employ huge staffs of people who spend all their time studying how to do that very thing.

But it depends on which government doesn't it? All of them have their relative strengths and weaknesses and require a different strategy. Usually rival governments are overthrown by encouraging local political, military and social factions, to do the work for them. Money is supplied to influence elections, publish unfavorable articles in the press, cause strikes, demonstrations, boycotts, and even coup d'etats. To encourage destabilization, international sanctions, psychological and economic warfare, is conducted. If all else fails, a nation can just invade or encourage a proxy nation or factions' military forces to conduct an armed conflict.

Achieving a favorable regime change is much more difficult than just changing leadership. Often no attempt to overthrow a rogue regime is made because no favorable change would result, or the attempt would draw unfavorable criticism.

As a starting place, read Edward Luttwak's book Coup D'etat.

If you really believe that your vote, or the vote of all of your friends and families are what makes a deference then you are a product of the major problem in this country (USA)
You have about as much impact on this countries leadership as you do on the taxes you WILL pay or the wars we WILL fight... whether you like it or not!
Its not the American majority making decisions in this country(atleast not since the late 17th century) It is the Elite rich and I dont mean Oprah or or bill Gates, Im talking about the most powerful organizations ever known to man.... the top three percent is not a few individual people, it is comprised of a group of very powerful very influential people that we for the most part are not even aware of. But they have our interests in mind, you can believe that.
You see, the problem is not the United States, or our Government... they are nothing more than puppets for the real rulers.. Some call them "ILLUMINATI" Scull and bones, they are the top three percent of a secret society and Most everyone in World Wide Government ( US, EU, UN.. ect) has been hand picked and placed methodically by the illuminati.
Whether you vote for H. Clinton, F. Thompson or Ron Paul... Whether you think you have a choice in your local Mayor or not.. You get what "they" (secret society) feel best serves the agenda at hand.

You want to over throw the Government?
Its going to take everyone man, woman and child in the world to stand up in opposition to the NWO (New World Order)
But you better hurry because they have plans for you and it is most certainly not in your benefit!

We don't need to overthrow the government , just manage it better. To start with, we need to kick out all career politicians. No one should make a career out of being voted into office. When they do, we can see clearly that they are not interested in OUR future as much as they are interested in THEIR own future (and wealth). One should have to prove they understand the working class by actually being the working class themselves before they try to represent them.

Simply ignore it. Politicians cry like babies if you take no notice of them! Lol.

The best way to over throw a Government is to elect a morron like Bush or Blair, thats the best way. They just do it themselves. Simple.

The best way is to destroy all of the History Books or just simply re-write History such that it's all lies. Next, impeach a worthless president that just lied all the time and then keep him in office after he was supposedly "Impeached???" Huh? What is that??? . . . Next politicize ideology concerning sexual practices . . . Such that some groups idea about sex is always in the limelight . . . For instance, saying that it's okay for your stapler to marry your paper clip; and then go about that by hi-jacking words from the dictionary and making up your own definitions. And then finally, making it legal for anyone who wants to; to overrun your southern borders. BTW, most people who answered this question didn't even understand it . . .You asked "To overthrow" . . . What idiots . . . No wonder they don't understand Fox News!!!

Rally your friends and neighbours and vote for the right candidate.
And for goodness sake, stop watching just one news channel.
Especially the Wily Fox.
