Good Choices- NONE
Bad Choices- Going into a War with a country that had nothing to do with 9-11.. Spending Trillions of dollars there for basically nothing.. He's bankrupted our country.. The world hates the United States because of his "Cowboy" attitude. As a failed businessman, alcoholic, and drug addict, It was a bad choice for him to run for President in the first place.

President Bush has had a hard time. Because he had no experience in international politics, he has had to listen to advisers. The advisers he has listened to -Carl Rove and Dick Cheney had their own agendas, and Mr. Bush has paid the price. To carry on the war in Iraq, for example, Mr. Bush first had to spend all of the surplus money in the Treasury which Mr. Clinton had left him. Then, because the war has been so expensive. he has had to borrow hundred of billions of dollars from other countries to pay for it. This is called the national debt. Right now, Mr. Bush has borrowed more money than all of the previous presidents combined. This is a debt which our children and grandchildren will have to pay back.

He chose to cut taxes without cutting spending, which is why we have a huge budget deficit today.
He chose to go to war with Iraq rather than Al Qaeda, which is why our military is depleted and the world hates us.
He chose to allow manufacturing jobs to go to China, which is why our country is weaker.
He chose to out a covert CIA agent and then cover it up, weakening our security forces.
He chose not to send relief to Hurricane Katrina victims, because he does not like black people.
Very many bad choices for the decider.
Good choices: sending the navy to fight pirates off of Africa and opening up the military air routes for Thanksgiving.
Overall, not only a bad president, but THE WORST ONE EVER.

There is no such thing as non-biased answers. I'll tell you what my research says about the Bush family. You have to do your own research to see if these things are true.

In short, he's a bad president because he's a warmonger just like his Daddy.
He's trying to finish what Dear Ole Dad started.

By asking for opinions regarding good and bad decisions you are almost ensuring bias, because judging "good" or "bad" requires one to use bias.
